CNN’s Dana Bash got a taste of the irrational, hateful mob of zealots that CNN has fostered for years — and it wasn’t pleasant.

Responding Thursday evening to President Donald Trump’s soft-spoken, toned-down concession speech, Bash rightly noted that it had “a very different tone” from the boisterous, combative speech he’d delivered at the “Stop the Steal” rally Wednesday.

Well, it is obviously a very different tone,” were the eight simple, pithy words she uttered Thursday when asked for her reaction to the speech.

She continued by accusing Trump of inciting the Wednesday riots, claiming he’s a liar, and debunking his claim that he’d been the one to call in the National Guard.

“Not only did he not immediately deploy the National Guard, you had his vice president … being called by the Republican and Democratic leadership in Congress, saying where is the National Guard, we cannot get this under control. It was the vice president who had to make an additional call to the Pentagon to say we need help,” she said.

Listen to her full response below:

Instead of listening to her full statement — which clearly contained plenty of criticism of Trump — leftist hate-mongers became fixated on her opening remarks.

And thus, led by high-profile, blue-check-mark elites, left-wing zealots began bombarding Bash with an avalanche of left-wing hate.

Look (*Language warning):

Love trumps hate,” no?

The irony is that these left-wing zealots’ hate makes even the president’s most divisive statements seem pale in comparison.

Bash eventually responded to the hate by specifically calling out high-profile Democrat strategist Adam Parkhomenko for inciting the attack on her.

FYI, Parkhomenko is himself a radical who earlier this year disparaged Sen. Marsha Blackburn as “inbred racist trash.”

Look at what Bash tweeted below:

This time, she was right — 100 percent right.

It was an objective fact to note that the president’s tone Thursday was wildly different from the tone he’d applied during the rally Wednesday.

Yet her correct rebuttal triggered even more hate.

Look:

Look closely at these tweets, because this isn’t just the face of CNN’s viewer base — it’s the face of the political party that now controls the White House, the House, AND the Senate thanks to the GOP’s devastating loss in this week’s Georgia run-off elections …
