All eyes on Pence when hot mic moment catches ‘unstoppable’ talk with Bibi Netanyahu

Members of the left blew a gasket Thursday after a hot mic captured Vice President Mike Pence issuing a quick quip at the World Holocaust Forum in response to a question from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

A video clip captured by Jacob Kornbluh of the Jewish Insider shows Netanyahu greeting Pence and his wife at the forum and then asking him an inaudible question.

“We are contending. He’s unstoppable,” the VP replies, presumably referring to President Donald Trump. “Like somebody else I know.”

Watch:

The clip attracted immediate backlash from the “woke” crowd, who seemed to take issue with Pence daring to respond to Netanyahu’s question with a lighthearted remark.

Their anger appeared to center mainly on the fact that Pence dared to make the quip while at the fifth annual World Holocaust Forum. Apparently, they view the quip — but not the blatant antisemitism perpetrated by Democrats — as being insensitive to Jews.

View some of the anger below:

It’s not clear what “Mikey will have to answer to God” for …

The Trump administration has done more for the Jewish people than any other administration in American history by, among other things, recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. Moreover, both the VP and the president are on great terms with Netanyahu, who happens to be the leader of the world’s only Jewish state.

In fact, some of the anger from the “woke” left centered on the chummy relationship between the three men.

Look:

Much like his U.S. counterpart, Netanyahu has faced endless smears and accusations — and is now contending with his own “impeachment” of sorts.

“Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was indicted Thursday on charges of bribery, fraud and breach of trust in a set of long-running corruption cases, throwing his political future into doubt and heightening the uncertainty and chaos surrounding Israel’s fitful, yearlong struggle to choose its next leader,” The New York Times reported in November.

Like Trump, who faces allegations of “abuse of power” and “obstruction of justice” here in the States, the Israeli PM has been fervent in labeling the campaign against him a “coup.”

“This is what they call a personal investigation — a personal investigation on steroids,” he said after his indictment last year. “They’re spilling my blood, and the blood of my wife and children. I will not allow lies to win. I will continue to lead this country, according to the letter of the law.”

Dovetailing back to Thursday’s forum, Pence used his time at the podium to urge the world to “stand” against the growing tides of antisemitism sweeping not only left-wing-dominated countries in Europe but left-wing dominated cities here in the states.

He also urged the world to stand especially “strong” against the world’s leading sponsor of antisemitism, Iran.

“We must … stand strong against the leading state purveyor of anti-Semitism, against the one government in the world that denies the Holocaust as a matter of state policy and threatens to wipe Israel off the map,” he said. “The world must stand strong against the Islamic Republic of Iran.”

Listen:

Democrats appear to disagree with this stance, as evidenced by their recent decision to block a House resolution that would have condemned the rogue regime for killing its own citizens and orchestrating the “accidental” downing of Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752, which led to the deaths of an additional 176 people:

But instead of listening to and heeding Pence’s words, the left responded to his speech by touting conspiracy theories about how Prince Charles had allegedly snubbed him.

The theories were based on the following video:

If you look closely, it’s clear Pence never offered his hand for a shake. Instead he kept his hands by his side the whole time and then gently tapped Charles on the shoulder after he’d passed him. But this hasn’t stopped the left from conspiracy theorizing, as usual.

However, the VP’s press secretary, Katie, has already confirmed for anybody who’s blind that the theories are clearly false:

Of course, members of the fact-free left don’t believe her.

Facts — what are they good for? Absolutely nothing to a liberal Democrat, it would seem …
