Joy Reid accuses Ann Coulter of being a man, Coulter goes for the jugular … literally

If MSNBC host Joy Reid had thought she would get off scot-free with talking mindless garbage about renowned conservative political commentator Ann Coulter, she had thought wrong.

In newly discovered blog posts penned 12 years ago, Reid had not only touted outrageous Sept. 11 conspiracy theories but also shamelessly insinuated that Coulter is a man. Bad move, lady.

“No one actually loves you — and particularly, no one loves you enough to actually breed with you (provided they could figure out whether you would, in fact, be supplying the sperm, or the egg…),” she had written in a post titled “Dr. Mr. Coulter,” according to The Daily Caller.

During an appearance Friday evening on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle,” Coulter fired back with guns blazing.

“And then there’s the always popular calling me a man for having a beautiful swan-like neck,” Coulter said, referencing Reid’s accusation that she’s a man. “Liberal women, as long as we’re being frank here, aren’t used to that because they have rolls of fat on their neck. They’re really taken aback by my beautiful swan-like neck.”

OUCH!

Coulter also addressed another blog post by Reid in which she had expressed her desire for both Coulter and Fox News host Laura Ingraham to be sent to Iraq, a Muslim-majority nation known for its oppression of women.

“I agree that I wouldn’t want to go to a majority-Muslim country,” Coulter replied Friday. “I don’t know why liberals want to turn this country into those countries.”

Her clever point was that it was ironic (not to mention hypocritical) for Reid — who’s known for describing anyone who criticizes Islam as an “Islamaphobe” — to want to ship her enemies to Iraq to be abused by Muslim men. What happened to the “religion of peace” narrative that she and her leftist pals love to tout!?

Finishing up her interview with Ingraham, Coulter drew attention to the abhorrent inconsistency and hypocrisy of the radical left. She specifically pointed to the treatment received by Trump-supporting comedian Roseanne Barr this week.

ABC cancelled the comedian’s highly rated sitcom Tuesday after Barr posted an offensive and purportedly “racist” tweet about former President Barack Hussein Obama’s senior adviser, Valerie Jarrett.

“To be dumping that show because of crazy tweets she was sending … If they really cared about offensive tweets and so on, well obviously Samantha Bee and Joy Reid wouldn’t be on air,” Coulter said.

She had a point. Reid continues to host a news program on MSNBC, while foulmouthed comedian Samantha Bee — who this week described President Donald Trump’s daughter as a “feckless c–t” — continues to host a late-night show on TBS.

Societal standards regarding behavior and decency apparently only apply to conservatives.
