Porn star Stormy Daniels has just sued President Trump — her reason is beyond ludicrous

The porn actress known as Stormy Daniels, the stage name of  Stephanie Clifford, is suing the President of the United States.

Clifford says that the “hush agreement” signed by “Stormy Daniels” is non-binding, in part because Donald Trump did not sign it.

Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen admitted to paying Clifford $130,000 prior to the election for services rendered, but denied that it was a “hush money” payment. More recently, much was made about a lack of known reimbursement for Cohen regarding the transaction.

Ms. Clifford’s lawsuit against Donald Trump was reported by NBC News:

Adult film star Stormy Daniels sued Donald Trump Tuesday, alleging that he never signed the nondisclosure agreement that his lawyer had arranged with her.

The civil suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by NBC News, alleges that her agreement not to disclose her “intimate” relationship with Trump is not valid because while both Daniels and Trump’s attorney Michael Cohen signed it, Trump never did.

The lawsuit filed by her attorney Michael Avenatti makes the case that Donald Trump had an affair with Clifford from summer 2006 until “well into the year 2007.”

“Earlier today, we filed this complaint seeking a ct order voiding the alleged “hush” agreement between our client S. Clifford aka Stormy Daniels and Donald Trump,” Avenatti announced.

The $130,000 transaction from Cohen was directed to Clifford via her prior attorney and was reported as “suspicious” by her bank First Republic. It also files a complaint against Cohen for attempting to enforce the gag clause of the signed agreement.

“To be clear, the attempts to intimidate Ms. Clifford into silence and ‘shut her up’ in order to ‘protect Mr. Trump’ continue unabated,” the lawsuit reads. “On or about February 27, 2018, Mr. Trump’s attorney Mr. Cohen surreptitiously initiated a bogus arbitration proceeding against Ms. Clifford in Los Angeles.”

Good luck enforcing a gag order against Stormy Daniels: She is bound and determined to tell her story, because the payday is likely to be beyond her wildest dreams.
