A Michigan substitute teacher and soccer coach was in court on Thursday after being charged with sexually assaulting a minor.
Allyson Brittany Moran, 26, was charged with three felony counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving along with a misdemeanor charge, the Lansing State Journal reported.
Moran, whose husband reportedly moved to South Dakota in June, according to the Daily Mail, had a friendly relationship with the Stockbridge High School student until March when, according to the 16-year-old, she began sending him nude pictures of herself on Snapchat.
“At first it was just normal… asking how I was doing,” he told the court during testimony on Thursday, until she “started talking more in a sexual manner.”
He said Moran invited him to her house in April and asked him to park where her neighbors would not see.
When he arrived, he said, she met him at the door in a robe, and led him to a “man cave”where she proceeded to strip for him, before taking him to a bedroom upstairs.
“I was so nervous, I was kind of shaky,” he remembered. “Then we just talked for a little bit.”
And then they engaged in sexual intercourse.
She invited him to the house days later to have sex again, which was the final time they did, he said.
The teen said he told his girlfriend of the affair in July, and in August a family member reported the teacher to the authorities.
Moran is set to be arraigned on November 8 and could face up to 15 years in prison.
