Sean Hannity the Hollywood movie mogul? Here’s the part the Fox News host couldn’t refuse

After helping to get a president elected, Fox News host Sean Hannity appears to be looking to branch out. Now he is set to become a Hollywood movie mogul.

EXCLUSIVE: FBI New York field office ordered to ‘go forward’ on Clinton Foundation probe

The long-time Fox talker and conservative radio host is reportedly set to become an executive producer for a religion-based film about an atheist who is forced to wrestle with faith, the Daily Caller reports.

The movie is to star actor Kevin Sorbo, 54, of TV’s “Hercules” fame.

It is reported that Sorbo originated the idea and sought out Hannity to help him push the project. They met in New York earlier this year and an hour later Sean had signed onto the film. At this point, the film is titled “Let There Be Light.” It is scheduled for a late 2017 release.

“It’s been likened to ‘Ghost’ meets ‘Heaven Is for Real,’ with a dash of ‘God’s Not Dead,'” Sorbo said of the project.

“Hollywood can be a very superficial place but then again, so is the world,” Sorbo continued. “I choose not to focus on whatever negatives that might arise from my taking a stand for what I believe in, because our beliefs are what make us human. I couldn’t be the actor I am without knowing what I stand for.”

With the election over, Hillary staffers rage at Huma: ‘I really don’t give a s**t what happens to her’

Kevin Sorbo is well-known for his conservative politics and his well-used Twitter account.
