Hugh Hewitt schools lefty Van Jones over the lie of rampant white supremacy in the GOP

On his radio show, Republican talk show host Hugh Hewitt and far left MSNBC analyst Van Jones got into a sharp exchange over Jones’ claim that Trump voters are all motivated by racism with Hewitt schooling Jones over reality and simple math.

Formal complaint filed with FEC alleges Jill Stein’s stunt nothing more than a front for Hillary Clinton

As the discussion began, Jones had harsh words for the “elitist, snobbiest, obnoxious, condescending people” infesting the Democrat Party and insisted that the liberal party needs an overhaul. But he had far worse words for the Republicans who he claimed, “created a space for a bunch of bigots to come in the back door, and they won’t admit it,” Daily Caller reported.

Hewitt, though, jumped on the claim of inherent racism among Republicans insisting that Jones’ claim was not “factually predicated.”

Hewitt demanded to know just what percentage of the GOP Jones was claiming were racist.

Jones replied that it was one percent of GOP voters who are “outright, we hate black people” racists.

But Hewitt dismissed that saying it was far, far less than one percent.

With that Jones accused Hewitt of ignoring the problems in the GOP and “doing exactly what the Democrats do” by acting as if nothing is wrong.

But Hewitt struck back. “The one percent rule with the Democrats is a problem,” Hewitt replied. “There are real Fidel lovers in your party. There aren’t a real number of racists in our party… It goes to the moral compass of the parties. Mine is fine. Yours is broken.”

Hewitt went on to note that the so-called Alt-Right racist convention that the media was all excited about a week ago was all a sham and even proves that there are few real racists in the GOP.

“There are not 600,000 white racists in America,” Hewitt informed Jones. “They put on a party at the Reagan building, got 200 people, Van.”
