It was “Wednesday Night at the Fights” when CNN political commentator and attorney Lisa Bloom went after one another on their sexual assault allegations made against Donald Trump.
When the two met on CNN’s “Erin Burnett OutFront,” Newt Gingrich’s accusation the night before that Fox News host Megyn Kelly was “fascinated with sex” also came up.

Bloom said that it was “really appalling” that Gingrich went after Kelly — “not about sex, but about sexual assault.”
Trump supporter McEnany asserted that the former U.S. House speaker was right — most women were concerned about real issues, not something that may have happened decades in the past.
She said that while she respected Kelly “as a journalist,” that was “a moment when [Gingrich] was standing up for voters.”
McEnany said that women want to discuss issues that affect their lives, not “Donald Trump’s sex tape allegations, whatever you want to call them, versus–”
“Sexual assault!” Bloom shouted back. “Let’s say the words we’re talking about!” Then she launched into a lengthy tirade about Trump and Gingrich.
Burnett interrupted Bloom’s bombast to point out that while “Trump is down by 10 points among women,” that’s not necessarily out of the norm given that “George W. Bush won the White House with a 10-point deficit among women” in 200o.
Burnett concluded that from the numbers, women aren’t concerned about Trumps alleged escapades.
“I’m flabbergasted here…” McEnany said when Bloom from pressed on.
“If you care so deeply about these allegations about Trump, why aren’t you concerned about putting Bill Clinton back in the White House.”
Bloom retorted that Bill Clinton isn’t running to which McEnany countered, his “enabler” is.
