‘Black Power’ group claims responsibility for Dallas attacks, vow to kill more cops

A ‘Black Power’ group allegedly plotting “revenge” is claiming to be partly responsible for the deadly ambush on police officers in Dallas, Texas.

According to a report by the Mirror, the Black Power Political Organisation Facebook account has been posting anti-cop rhetoric and specifically celebrating the deaths of Dallas police officers in the recent attacks.

Here’s what the group reportedly wrote on their Facebook account following the Dallas attacks:

The Facebook post was eventually removed, though it is unclear if it was removed by the group or removed by authorities.

Meanwhile, suspect Micah X Johnson, who was killed by Dallas police, has been reported to have not been part of any group in regard to the shootings, according to Police Chief David Brown.

The black power group claimed to have threatened Baton Rouge police just days ago, after national news broke that a man was shot and killed by Baton Rouge police during an altercation.

“Don’t worry my people! Justice will be served for Alton Sterling,” the message said. “We contacted the police chief Carl Dabadie Jr. He already know what will happen to him, his wide Carla Settoon Dabadie, and his two sons, if he don’t do what we want.”

“So continue to support us, and (Black Knights) sniper assassin group,” the group wrote on their social media.
