Some speakers at Muhammad Ali‘s funeral on Friday disgracefully decided to use the occasion to push partisan politics.
Rabbi Michael Lerner spoke at the service and called for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to create a Palestinian state.
He turned his attention to the United States where he predicted the outcome of the 2017 presidential election.
Tell the next president of the United States that SHE should seek a constitutional amendment to make all national and state elections funded by Congress and the state legislatures – and all other sources of money be banned, including money from corporations, from individuals, all other money. Make it all public funding.
Former President Bill Clinton loved it.
