Comedian Amy Schumer has scolded journalist who used, what she deemed, the wrong language when talking about her skit on gun control.

Schumer, the cousin of NY Sen. Chuck Schumer, did a home shopping show skit on her “Inside Amy Schumer” show on Comedy Central where she made it look ridiculously easy to purchase a firearm.

Journalists had apparently called it a “gun control” skit, but the comedian was quick to set them straight on Twitter.

Gun safety. It’s like gun control but with nicer language so you don’t realize what they are doing.

And who better to get your advice on “gun safety” from than a comedian?

Either Schumer intentionally misled her audience into believing obtaining a gun was as easy as she portrayed in this skit or she is severely misinformed.

Many on social media saw the propaganda for what it was.
