Smashing Pumpkins singer seriously CALLS OUT social justice warriors, compares them to KKK

Smashing Pumpkins Billy Corgan has had enough of social justice warriors (SJWs).

The lead singer of the 1990’s alternative rock band had some harsh words for the “hashtag generation” that he says is essentially the new Ku Klux Klan (KKK) “propaganda arm machine” who are “here to control us.”

“They’re Maoists. They have the Little Red Book in their hand,” Corgan said according to a report by the Guardian. “You’re not gonna get them back. The only thing that’s going to adjust their ideological fixation is reality.”

“If you think someone is dumb or uneducated or a bigot or something, mocking them is not usually the best way to get through to them,” Corgan continued.

Then, Corgan explained his theory that SJWs are the new KKK, saying “If you could go back to Selma, 1932 and the Klan member spitting in some person of color’s face, don’t you think that guy thought he was right too? OK. So how is this any different?”

Corgan said SJWs have “weaponized anti-free speech” and said they would soon be gunning for him as well.

“Those people are gonna be coming for me,” Corgan said. “It may not be tomorrow, but it’s soon enough because I said the wrong thing on the wrong day.”
