When control-freak Hillary Clinton isn’t corralling reporters to keep them away from her, she makes sure they can’t hear a thing she says.

While speaking outside at a fundraiser held at a private Denver residence Thursday night, her staff had reportedly turned on a static noisemaker to drown out the Democratic presidential front-runner’s remarks.

According to Denver CBS affiliate Channel 4’s Stan Bush, the noisemaker was placed behind the residence’s gate and turned on immediately after the band played and remained on during all the speeches.

Although you can recognize Clinton’s “fingernails on a chalkboard” voice behind the noise machine, you can’t make out what it is the former secretary of state is actually saying.

Bush tweeted:

When one asked if Bush was kidding, he complied with a recording:

And the video clip initiated the snark.

Clinton treated the press with equal disdain at a New Hampshire Fourth of July parade where her campaign aides kept reporters and cameramen roped off in a walking cordon at a comfortable distance from the imperial candidate.

Who knows, maybe Clinton will release a transcript of what she said — just as soon as she releases the transcripts of her multi-hundred thousand dollar Goldman Sachs speeches.
