Patriots belting the national anthem surround Ole Miss pro-Hamas protesters

A Pro-Palestine mob at the University of Mississippi was given much less deference than at other colleges when patriotic counter-protesters mocked them and sang the national anthem.

On Thursday, hundreds of Ole Miss students turned out for the protest by UMiss for Palestine, a campus group demanding that the college divest from Israel, and the reaction could serve as an inspiration to others who are sick and tired of the toddlers being allowed to run the nursery.

The anti-Israel protesters who had gathered in an encampment and were chanting “free, free Palestine” and “disclose, divest, we will not stop, we will not rest” were greeted with shouts of “terrorists” and “we want Trump” and serenaded them with “The Star-Spangled Banner,” a song that leftists despise.

Video footage of the confrontation was posted to social media where it’s gone viral with users singing the praises of the patriotic young men.

University police disbanded the protest after a water bottle was reportedly thrown at the pro-Palestine miscreants who were ushered away to chants of “Nah, nah, nah, nah, hey, hey, hey, goodbye,” by the patriotic counterprotesters.

“Um, we were gonna go to the pool, but then we heard this was gonna happen so we were like f**k that, we’re gonna come over here and counter-protest it,” 21-year-old business major Trevor Lahey is quoted by local nonprofit news outlet Mississippi Today.

Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves put the anti-Israel, anti-American protesters on notice that Oxford wasn’t going to be like New York City and Los Angeles.

“I am aware of today’s scheduled protest on the campus of Ole Miss. Mississippi law enforcement is also aware. And they are prepared. Campus police, City, County, and State assets are being deployed and coordinated. We will offer a unified response with one mission: Peaceful protests are allowed and protected – no matter how outrageous those protesters views may seem to some of us. But unlawful behavior will not be tolerated. It will be dealt with accordingly. Law and order will be maintained!” Reeves said in a statement.

The governor also commented on the patriotic reaction to the protesters who sang the national anthem.

The action at Ole Miss comes days after male fraternity members at UNC became national heroes for saving the American flag from campus terrorists and the idea that enough is enough seems to be rapidly spreading.
