Biden declares Trump guilty of backing an ‘insurrection’ says ‘there’s no question’

The primary beneficiary of the Colorado Supreme Court’s banning of GOP frontrunner Donald J. Trump from the ballot agreed with the left-wing judges on the basic premise of their ruling.

Reporters caught up with President Joe Biden on Wednesday, the day after the Denver-based court struck a blow against democracy by legitimizing the use of an archaic Civil War-era provision to rig the game against Trump, a move likely to be mimicked in other blue states.

The cornerstone of the court’s ruling is that by Trump’s having participated in an “insurrection” as in a serious effort to overthrow the U.S. government, he is disqualified from running for public office, something that the often befuddled octogenarian Democrat seems to agree with.

“Is Trump an insurrectionist sir?” Asked a reporter as Biden strode across the tarmac at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport after his arrival to deliver a speech to a black organization.

“It’s self-evident. You saw it all,” Biden answered.

“Whether the 14th Amendment applies or not, we’ll let the court make that decision,” he added. “But he certainly supported an insurrection. There’s no question about it. None. Zero. And he seems to be doubling down on it.”

Formally accusing his almost certain opponent in next year’s pivotal presidential election of being an insurrectionist is par for the course for Biden, a shameless demagogue who last year stood in front of a blood red background in Philadelphia’s Independence Hall and tabbed tens of millions who didn’t vote for him as enemies of the state.

X users reacted to the first public remarks on the Colorado ruling from the man who promised to be a unifier during his campaign, another one of the big lies that have marked his tenure as the closest thing to an American dictator that the U.S. has ever seen.

“BIDEN SHOULD DROP ALL OF THESE FAKE POLITICAL INDICTMENTS AGAINST ME, BOTH CRIMINAL & CIVIL. EVERY CASE I AM FIGHTING IS THE WORK OF THE DOJ & WHITE HOUSE. NO SUCH THING HAS EVER HAPPENED IN OUR COUNTRY BEFORE. BANANA REPUBLIC??? ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Wednesday.

“Unsurprisingly, the all-Democrat appointed Colorado Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump, supporting a Soros-funded, left-wing group’s scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump’s name from the ballot and eliminating the rights of Colorado voters to vote for the candidate of their choice. Democrat Party leaders are in a state of paranoia over the growing, dominant lead President Trump has amassed in the polls. They have lost faith in the failed Biden presidency and are now doing everything they can to stop the American voters from throwing them out of office next November,” Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said in a statement.
