Former President Donald J. Trump has finally made a decision on whether or not to attend the first Republican presidential debate, and as many things go these days, not everyone is happy about it.
Although more than a few have expressed their approval of Trump’s reported decision to hold an interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson in lieu of the highly anticipated GOP primary.
It’s a one-two punch to the former Trump-friendly news network as the interview is reported to take place at the same time the debate will be shown live on Fox from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on August 23rd.
“I’ll be choosing to watch Trump and Tucker. Anyone else?” Team USA declared on X.

Co-owner of Trending Politics Collin Rugg posted Trump’s confirmation about skipping the debate from Truth Social and added on his own, “Tucker for the win.”
“As everyone is aware, my Poll numbers, over a “wonderful” field of Republican candidates, are extraordinary”, Trump posted. “In fact, I am leading the runner up, whoever that may now be, by more than 50 Points. Reagan didn’t do it, and neither did others. People know my Record, one of the BEST EVER, so why would I Debate? I’M YOUR MAN.”
