The World War Two generation was known as the “Greatest Generation,” in large part because they knew how to get things done and didn’t suffer fools in the process of essentially saving the world from Adolf Hitler.
General George Patton comes to mind, when he infamously said, “No dumb bastard ever won a war by going out and dying for his country. He won it by making some other dumb bastard die for his country.”
In today’s world, Patton would likely be relieved of his command.
A WWII veteran cut from that same cloth had a choice solution to a group of alleged veterans protesting Donald Trump. It’s not clear when the incident took place but a sign in the background that reads “Fascist In Chief” suggests that it was when Trump was president. The crusty old vet was interacting with the protesters and could be heard asking, “Are you enjoying this country now?”
A “Karen” in the crowd begins screaming incoherently, while someone off camera says to the old man, “Let them have their say, it’s okay.”
The vet shot back, “Give me your f–king gun and I’ll shoot these sons of bitches!”

The sentiment is certainly more of a representation of his frustration with today’s ungrateful, entitled generation that doesn’t appreciate what they inherited than his actual intent — but you can be sure that he triggered many on the left!
