Critics say UN-backed report seeks to normalize sex with minors: ‘This has been the plan all along’

In an effort to tamp down on global “overcriminalization,” a United Nations-backed report touting child rape as a human right led horrified critics to proclaim: “The UN is full of pedophiles!!!!”

For years, speculation surrounding the stonewalled release of Jeffrey Epstein’s infamous client list has centered on the belief that too many individuals in seats of power would be implicated. Now what once was treated as conspiracy theory appears to have “been the plan all along” with the release a new report titled “The 8 March Principles for a Human Rights-Based Approach to Criminal Law Proscribing Conduct Associated with Sex, Reproduction, Drug Use, HIV, Homelessness and Poverty.”

Published to coincide with International Women’s Day on March 8, the report, drafted by the International Commission of Jurists with assistance from UNAIDS and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, described, “Sexual conduct involving persons below the domestically prescribed minimum age of consent to sex may be consensual in fact, if not in law.”

As Ian Miles Cheong put it over an image from the report, “According to the United Nations, children may consent to sex with adults. This has been the plan all along.”

Reacting to the publication, Olympic Gold Medalist, former NHL player and sexual abuse victim advocate Theo Fleury exclaimed, “The UN is full of pedophiles!!!!”

The report boasted, “The International Committee of Jurists (ICJ) along with UNAIDS and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) officially launched a new set of expert jurist legal principles to guide the application of international human rights law to criminal law.”

As ICJ Law and Policy Director Ian Seiderman put it, “We must acknowledge that these laws not only violate human rights, but the fundamental principles of criminal law themselves.”

“In this context, the enforcement of criminal law should reflect the rights and capacity of persons under 18 years of age to make decisions about engaging in consensual sexual conduct and their right to be heard in matters concerning them,” it was asserted.

“Pursuant to their evolving capacities and progressive autonomy,” it continued, “persons under 18 years of age should participate in decisions affecting them, with due regard to their age, maturity and best interests, and with specific attention to non-discrimination guarantees.”

Coupled with the derision from leftists over conservatives using terms like groomer, as witnessed when CBS’ Lesley Stahl interviewed Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), others couldn’t help but express their outrage against progressives who have remained unrelenting in their efforts to prematurely rob children of their innocence.

The foreword for the report included a comment from retired Judge Edwin Cameron of the Constitutional Court of South Africa who said, “From long years in the law, and as a proudly gay man, I know profoundly how criminal law signals which groups are deemed worthy of protection — and which of condemnation and ostracism.”

“In this way, the criminal law performs an expressive function — and it has dramatic consequences on people’s lives. It sometimes entails a harshly discriminatory impact on groups identified with the disapproved or stigmatized conduct,” he added.

The concerted effort from global institutions to promote such deviancy was recently compounded when, despite legal measures from the state of Tennessee to block adult cabaret performances conducted in front of minors, Nike maintained its proud sponsorship of an upcoming “Queer Youth Field Day” in Memphis that welcomed “All LGBTQ+ youth and allies aged 13-25…”
