Grandstanding ‘Squad’ member mocked for desperate DeSantis dig: ‘You are advocating racism’

Democrats are leaning into the completely bogus narrative that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is banning books, yet another “Big Lie” that has largely gotten traction from a grossly biased and irresponsible media, and a House leftist lawmaker is exploiting the falsehoods by sending a “care package” filled with “woke” reading material to the potential 2024 GOP presidential candidate.

New York City Congressman Jamaal Bowman posted a video to Twitter announcing his gift of a package of books to the Sunshine State Republican, a gesture that will surely earn raves from the usual array of Resistance culture warriors but is, in reality, a desperate and pitiful effort to get attention from the fifth banana of AOC’s “Squad” who desperately desires to be relevant.

“Hey Cousin Ron,” tweeted Bowman. “I’m sending you a care package. Hope you like it. These are books you should read — don’t go banning them! Please let me know if you have any comprehension questions.”

Among the garbage included in Bowman’s “care package” was racial grievance grifter Robin DiAngelo’s “White Fragility” as well as “How to be an Antiracist” by academic racialist Ibram X. Kendi, a raving ideologue who is to the modern cultural revolutionary American left what Vladimir I. Lenin was to the communists who led the Bolshevik Revolution in early 20th Century Russia.

While Bowman’s futile and stupid gesture will surely be swooned over by like-minded left-wingers, he was also ridiculed by many on Twitter including crusading investigative journalist Chris Rufo whose work has been instrumental in exposing racists who have been inspired by DiAngelo, Kendi and their ilk to impose anti-white Critical Race Theory indoctrination programs at corporations and other institutions that are susceptible to their social cancer.

The DeSantis War Room also mocked Bowman with a meme suggesting that Rep. Bowman would be better served if he familiarized himself with the U.S. Constitution when it comes to higher and better use of his reading time.

Other reactions to Bowman’s attention-seeking stunt.

DeSantis, who has yet to announce whether he will be mounting a White House run, continues to bedevil leftists who have been driven to temper tantrums over his rollback of racist “woke” ideology and perverts and groomers in the Sunshine State, leading some like Rep. Bowman to beclown themselves with little self-awareness that the joke is on them.
