While much of the political world is convinced that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is running for president, the popular Republican has yet to declare such ambitions.
One thing is certain, DeSantis is the center of attention in the eyes of many, be it his battle to rid Florida schools of woke politics and near-pornographic content pushing queer theory, or the much anticipated heavyweight battle with Donald Trump, should the governor throw his hat in the ring.
Currently on a media tour to promote his new book, “The Courage to Be Free,” DeSantis has earned yet another headline — his tome hit No. 1 on the Top 100 list of Amazon on the first day of its release, which may be more than some of his critics can take.
Make America Florida.
“Ron DeSantis says he sees his record as Florida governor as a model for the rest of the country in a new book that comes out ahead of a widely expected campaign for president in 2024,” the Wall Street Journal noted while reporting on the No. 1 ranking.
“Florida has stood as an antidote to America’s failed ruling class,” DeSantis wrote in his book.
DeSantis is taking hits from all sides, including from the former president, who is clearly concerned about his potential in 2024, the rabid opposition almost rivals the derangement that Trump sees. All of this being a good indication of how much the opposition fears DeSantis.
And book sales predictions suggest they have good reason to be concerned:

Meanwhile, as DeSantis said during an appearance this week on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Prime Time,” he’s busy putting points on the board and is not paying attention to all the background noise:
