Former White House economic adviser turned Fox Business host Larry Kudlow is the latest to pile on Donald Trump over his disastrous Mar-a-Lago dinner with Kanye West and White nationalist Nick Fuentes and recent comments he made about election fraud and the Constitution.
“I want to clear the air,” Kudlow told former Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway, on Wednesday. “I want to get this out of here. I don’t understand what our former boss is doing.”

“I love the guy,” he continued, “but I do not understand Kanye West, hanging out with White nationalists, hanging out with antiSemitic people, talking about ending the Constitution or postponing the Constitution. I don’t get it. I don’t know why he’s saying it.”
“And if he says it, why hasn’t he given, you know, apologized for it or corrected the record or something?” he asked. “Because he’s losing support left and right. I hear it everywhere. Help me.”
As BizPac Review reported, the former president has responded to the dinner fiasco, but Kudlow seems to have missed the memo.
As Trump described it, Fuentes was not invited to dine with him and Ye. The rapper, Trump said in a November 26 Truth Social post, is “a seriously troubled man” and he was only attempting to give him “very much needed ‘advice.'”
“He shows up with 3 people, two of which I didn’t know, the other a political person who I haven’t seen in years,” Trump explained.

That an unexpected guest could simply “show up” is a matter of concern for Conway.
“I’m very concerned that there isn’t a system in place where the president isn’t button-holed into sitting across the table at Mar-a-Lago, where a person isn’t vetted and there are no surprises at the last moment,” Conway told Kudlow. “Again, he should just completely distance himself from that.”
Both Conway and Kudlow agreed “that Donald Trump was the most pro-Israel president we’ve ever had,” but according to Kudlow, “he’s got to make a statement.”
Kudlow also pointed to the former president’s recent outrage over information released by Elon Musk in “The Twitter Files,” written by journalist Matt Taibbi.
Taibbi’s shocking thread revealed that government officials and political organizations colluded with a pre-Musk Twitter to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story — an act of censorship that some believe could have swayed the 2020 presidential election in Joe Biden’s favor.
In a Saturday statement, Trump said, in part, “A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.”
The liberal left — and even many conservatives — read the statement to mean Trump was calling for the termination of the Constitution and promptly exploded all over Twitter.
Even Musk weighed in, stating on Twitter, “The Constitution is greater than any President. End of story.”

Again, as BizPac Review reported, Trump took to Truth Social to set the record straight.

“The Fake News is actually trying to convince the American People that I said I wanted to ‘terminate’ the Constitution,” he wrote. “This is simply more DISINFORMATION & LIES, just like RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA, and all of their other HOAXES & SCAMS.”
“What I said was that when there is ‘MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION,’ as has been irrefutably proven in the 2020 Presidential Election, steps must be immediately taken to RIGHT THE WRONG,” he continued. “Only FOOLS would disagree with that and accept STOLEN ELECTIONS. MAGA!”
And, again, Kudlow appears to have missed his former boss’s statement.
“And also, this business about suspending the Constitution because we learned there was free speech by finagling with Twitter,” Kudlow told Conway. “I mean, come on. You don’t suspend the Constitution.”
“And he’s got to get off 2020,” the host stated. “He just has to. He gave a good speech when he declared for president, although I think that was premature, but whatever. It was a pretty good speech. Since then, he’s just gone into a ditch. He’ll never climb out of it.”
But online, Trump supporters are satisfied with their leader’s explanation.
I may be wrong, but I think some of you are taking what Trump said out of context. I thought he was simply saying that this amount of fraud at this magnitude on the Constitution allows for termination. Not that he wanted to terminate. pic.twitter.com/sBnPg48isz

He wasn’t saying to overthrow the Const. He was saying the Constitution was already overthrown. It’s not an attack on the constitution, but that the constitution has been attacked, and restoring the constitution would require bringing down the current corrupt administration
