Arizona teachers fired after OnlyFans account, including footage filmed in middle school, leaked to officials

Two Arizona teachers are unemployed after their explicit OnlyFans account, including footage filmed in a middle school classroom, was leaked to police and district officials.

Samantha Peer, an eighth-grade science teacher at Thunderbolt Middle School in Lake Havasu, Az., said she created the explicit account which featured footage with her husband Dillon Peer, a permanent substitute at a local elementary school, to help make ends meet when their teacher salaries failed to cover basic necessities.

“I created content at the beginning of the summer in order to earn extra money on the side to help pay for our basic necessities that our salaries were no longer meeting,” Peer said in a video statement on Facebook. “I chose an anonymous name as well as blocking the entire state of Arizona on my OnlyFans so that it wasn’t accessible to anyone living in the state.”

Despite her attempts to keep her extracurriculars quiet, Samantha learned on October 24 that her content was shared with police and district officials who placed Samantha on paid leave pending an investigation.

The Lake Havasu Police Department confirmed they received an anonymous tip that a teacher was “engaging in pornography.”

“The teacher was later identified to be Samantha Peer (28),” the police said in a statement. “Additionally, it was reported that some of the pornographic image(s) of Mrs. Peer depicted her in a classroom-type setting, presumably on Thunderbolt School Property. The superintendent of schools was advised of the report, and it was learned at that time that they had also received the same information that was initially forwarded to the police department.”

According to Peer, the district gave her the opportunity to willingly resign before their October 31 school board meeting and assured her they would not share the reason behind the move.

“The superintendent assured me that only her, the individual who was removed from my case, and my own family were aware of the situation and content and told me that if I resigned before the board meeting the school would not publicize what was going on,” Peer said. “On November 2 my husband was put on paid administrative leave because faculty reported pictures of myself that were being spread amongst other teachers.”

Dillon Peer was fired on Nov. 4. As an at-will employee, rather than a contracted teacher, the district did not need cause to terminate employment, Peer said.

On Nov. 6, despite assurances from the district, Peer’s social media aliases went viral. Former students and co-workers began following her Tiktok and Instagram accounts, which Peer said she used to advertise her OnlyFans content.

“Other school teachers were notified of the site and they began to spread it among themselves,” Peer said. “Those teachers were also telling students my anonymous name and showing them my page. This was also sent to parents and they decided to do the same thing, as well. Students were never aware of my social media nor did they follow me until after I had resigned from the district on Oct. 31 and went locally viral on Nov. 6.”

State news coverage further spread the word, linking her personal pages to her alias accounts, Peer said.

Eighth-grade parent Alea Bilski said her daughter came home from school on Nov 7 and told her about Peer after hearing faculty discuss the situation at school.

“If it was ‘just’ an Only Fans account I wouldn’t be as upset because then that would 100% be on the kids’ parents, but this was public and an easy Google search to find everything,” Bilski said. “I am absolutely outraged. Our kids shouldn’t have been exposed to this.”

Parents are disgusted with the former teacher’s content and want the district to do more to protect their children.

“That was my friend’s daughter’s desk. And she is mortified over the situation like, ‘that is my desk.’ [Peer] has no care knowing students have seen her everything and on students’ desks,” said Thunderbolt mom, Kristina Minor. “And it says ‘who wants to be my next teacher’s pet,’ wearing her school t-shirt. She uses her school photo that was taken for the school yearbook on OnlyFans.”

“I’m a taxpayer. I am not paying these teachers to film pornography. They’re being paid to teach our kids, and set higher standards for them,” Minor continued.

After students and faculty began sharing the content, the school district issued a statement asking parents to monitor their child’s social media use.

“It has come to our attention that students have been airdropping explicit material,” the message read. “The images did not happen during the school day and the person depicted no longer works for LHUSD. Please remove all images from your child’s phone and talk with them about the appropriate use of technology.”

Peer, who continues to post content to her explicit accounts including OnlyFans, said parents and students continue to harass her on social media despite her willing resignation.

The mother of two said she regrets the videos but felt “trapped” by her financial situation and felt it was the “only way” for her family to “survive.”

“However, I do not believe that my name should be smeared throughout the community when I made one mistake that didn’t affect anybody until other adults began allowing children access to my content,” Peer said. “I’ve never defended myself saying that it was an OK thing to do. Looking back at it, I would never do that again.”
