Kamala to America, ‘I got my latest COVID-19 booster, you should too.’ America to Kamala, ‘Get bent!’

Jab virtue-signaling may be sticking around for a while as Big Pharma sales reps, er, The Science™, *ahem* the experts continue to profit off of another round of COVID boosters, but as the panhandling has carried on, so too has the ridicule for those shamelessly touting those wares and Vice President Kamala Harris caught the brunt of it Saturday.

Like shouting your abortion or voting for President Joe Biden, progressives are all too happy to boast about things they’ve done that have had negative consequences. After the outgoing director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Dr. Anthony Fauci took to social media to push boosters yet again, Harris followed his lead with the oft-repeated claims of “safe, free, and effective.”

“I received my COVID-19 booster and you should too,” the vice president tweeted Saturday without even offering up the popularized, corroborating photo of a rolled-up sleeve. “These vaccines are safe, free, and effective. Visit vaccines.gov for more information and get your updated COVID-19 vaccine.”

Glossing over the reality that anything the government funds is paid for by the taxpayers and therefore not free, respondents were quick to pounce on her claim with other facts, like how she’s said she’s had multiple “effective” shots and still contracted COVID.

In case anyone had forgotten with the regularity that “the science evolved” or “had changed” since the onset of the pandemic, others made sure to remind the vice president that jab-pushers had stated matter-of-factly that catching COVID was not something they would have to worry about if they just listened to the people making billions of dollars from compliance.

By now, the American people have gone well beyond the point of fatigue with the propagandist messaging that has dominated television networks, radio stations and even public address announcements at retail stores, and the pushback to Harris’ sales pitch was blunter from some.

The reality, as Fox News host Tucker Carlson had pointed out following research studies that had discredited long-promoted pharmaceutical interventions for depression, is that “drugs are not the answer to every human problem” and in the case of the COVID shot, the elderly are “80 percent more likely to become sick after taking” it “compared to unvaccinated people.”

“Wait what?” Carlson had reacted. “80 percent more likely to become sick after taking the shot that was supposed to prevent them from getting sick. How was this not the banner headline? It’s being ignored.”

That research didn’t stop Harris who had called out pharmaceutical executives in 2019 as “nothing more than some high-level dope dealers” who “should be held accountable” from now suddenly sounding, as the host put it, “like the chief marketing officer at Pfizer.”

The public sees the administration for the joke that it is as it pushes pseudo-science, and the only question that remains is if anyone will be held accountable.
