Trump UNLOADS on Bill Barr over backstabbing remarks on raid: ‘Weak and pathetic RINO with no guts’

Former Attorney General William Barr is hitting the media circuit to capitalize on the Justice Department’s unprecedented dialing up of the raid on Mar-a-Lago, and he dismissed the idea of his former boss’s request for an independent special master to be appointed to review the materials that were confiscated from his residence by the FBI last month.

Barr appeared on Friday’s edition of “America’s Newsroom” on Fox News where he chatted with anchors Sandra Smith and John Roberts about the latest developments on the department that he twice headed up and its dramatic escalation against former President Donald J. Trump. whom it appears will almost certainly be indicted by Joe Biden’s hatchet man Merrick Garland and forced to stand trial before a stacked D.C. jury.

“Where do you stand on the former president’s request, obviously, for a special master to independently review this case and what happened?” Smith asked right off the bat. “Obviously, looking back at a very serious raid of a former president, former president’s home.”

“Well, I think the whole idea of a special master is a bit of a red herring,” Barr responded.

“The only documents that have been taken, it seems to me, that there’s a legitimate concern about keeping away from the government and insulating the government from, would be documents relating to his private lawyer communications, him as an individual and his outside lawyers,” he said. “If there’s stuff like that, fine, identify it. There doesn’t appear to be much of it. I’m not sure you need a special master to identify it.”

“But what people are missing, all the other documents taken, even if they claim to be executive privilege, either belong to the government because they’re government records, even if they’re classified, even if they’re subject to executive privilege, they still belong to the government and go to the archives,” Barr continued. “And any other documents that were seized, like news clippings and other things in the boxes containing the classified information, those were seizeable under the warrant because they show the conditions under which the classified information was being held.

“So I think it’s a red herring. I think it would, you know, at this stage, since they have already gone through the documents, I think it’s a waste of time,” Barr said.

The former attorney general later added, “People say this was unprecedented, but it’s also unprecedented for a president to take all this classified information and put it in a country club. And how long is the government going to try to get that back?”

Barr’s latest media backstabbing did not sit well with Trump who took a flamethrower to his disloyal former underling.

“Former A.G. Bill Barr was fired long before I left the White House on January 20th. He acted very slowly on the ‘No Collusion’ Mueller Report in that the FBI and ‘Justice’ had the ‘Laptop from Hell’ in their possession, which totally exonerated me long before Mueller’s decision came out, years later – A waste of time & money. The Laptop information should have been released BEFORE the Rigged Election, not after it, for the VOTERS TO SEE. He was petrified of the lunatic Dems & of being Impeached!” Trump wrote in a scorching post on Truth Social.

In a second Truth Social blast, Trump turned up the heat, “Bill Barr had ‘no guts,’ and got ‘no glory.’ He was a weak and pathetic RINO, who was so afraid of being Impeached that he became a captive to the Radical Left Democrats – ‘Please, please, please don’t impeach me,’ he supposedly said. Barr never fought the way he should have for Election Integrity, and so much else. He started off OK as A.G., but faded fast – Didn’t have courage or stamina. People like that will never Make America Great Again!”

Barr also aired his grievances with Trump whom he had a major falling out with after the 2020 election, spilling his guts to former New York Times writer and editor Bari Weiss on a recent edition of her “Honestly” podcast.

Dishing about his hurt feelings on being among a group of officials and military leaders who Trump allegedly called out in very profane terms, he whined about his “most awkward” moment during his time in the Trump White House.

“The president was bellowing at a number of his Cabinet secretaries and especially the military guys, the DoD secretary and chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and calling all of us f***ing losers at the top of his lungs,” he recalled a summer 2020 meeting when riots raging across the nation after viral video of the death of career criminal and drug addict George Floyd ignited an inferno of racial animosity along with savage violence.

Barr has truly shed his skin as a longtime swamp creature now that it’s all-hands-on-deck to blow up Trump’s 2024 White House bid before it leaves the launch pad.
