UPDATE: After publication of this post, Napa County, California, prosecutors claimed “boilerplate” language that was “auto-generated” is to blame for the drug allegation in Paul Pelosi’s DUI complaint, and that there was no drug involved.
Wealthy investor Paul Pelosi allegedly had a drug in his system, slurred his words, and attempted to give officers a police courtesy card at the time of his arrest for drunk driving according to court documents and, in a surprise move, the judge presiding over his arraignment has mysteriously been replaced.

The documents which were obtained and reported on by Fox News show that the 82-year-old husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi stank of alcohol and exhibited classic symptoms of an inebriated person during his May arrest near the couple’s sprawling Napa Valley Estate.
When asked for his driver’s license, Pelosi gave officers a card for the “11-99 Foundation,” which is a charity “that supports officers and provides scholarships for their children,” according to the outlet, a gesture that some may interpret as an attempted bribe.
Pelosi also demonstrated “signs of impairment” during sobriety tests and police “observed objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication,” according to the documents which also state that he had “red/watery” eyes at the time of the arrest.
“He was unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odor of an alcohol beverage emanating from his breath,” the documents allege.
According to Fox News, “Pelosi allegedly injured the other driver ‘while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and a drug and under their combined influence,’ the first count in the two-charge complaint reads.”
There were also major injuries suffered by the driver of the 2014 Jeep that collided with Pelosi’s 2021 Porsche who told prosecutors that “he had begun suffering pain in his upper right arm, right shoulder and neck the day after the crash,” Fox News reported. “He also complained of headaches and said it was difficult to lift things with his right arm, according to the documents.”
In addition to the new light shed on the night of the stock picking wizard’s alcohol-addled vehicular mishap, the judge at Pelosi’s scheduled arraignment has been replaced in what appears to be a “blatantly corrupt move,” according to Jesse Watters of Fox News.
Watters revealed the stunning turn of events on Tuesday’s edition of “Jesse Watters Primetime,” telling viewers that cameras have been banned from the courtroom during Pelosi’s hearing, and live feed recordings have been prohibited. But the kicker is that the judge was suddenly replaced.
“But that is just where the cover-up begins. Are you ready?” Watters asked. “Because what also happened today, the night before the hearing, the presiding judge has mysteriously stepped down, and a new judge has been quickly installed.”
“So who’s this new judge? You’re not gonna believe this, her name is Monique Langhorne and she’s a registered Democrat whose previous job, are you ready? She used to work for the Napa County DA’s office,” he continued. “Does Judge Langhorne have any experience in criminal cases? No, this would be her first.”
“And it gets better, guess who donated to this judge’s campaign? The assistant DA who’s going to be prosecuting the case tomorrow,” as well as the DA herself, he said. “She’s very well-connected, she was appointed to a special advisory board by Gavin Newsom too, so I mean this is totally deck stacking if I’ve ever seen it”
“How can we expect a fair trial here when the judge and the prosecutors are all politically on the same side as the defendant?” Watters asked. “Financially connected, there’s a family connection we told you about too. Can you say rigged?”
“Look, we get it. Paul is married to a California bigwig. He and Nancy are golden state royalty but they shouldn’t get a free pass,” Watters added.
