Kellyanne Conway on Biden’s plummeting polls: ‘WH functions like an assisted living facilty…no longer funny’

Former Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway shredded President Biden over his age and cognitive abilities, asserting that the White House has turned into an “assisted living facility,” while noting that his polls have cratered.

Conway made the comments on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime” Monday. Conway and Watters dug into Biden’s historically low poll numbers and his waning support among Americans on both sides of the political aisle but especially with Democrats.

Watters pointed out that Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif.) notably visited the White House in Biden’s absence. While the president was unsuccessfully begging for oil in Saudi Arabia, it looks like Newsom was busy measuring the curtains. The Fox News host theorized that the Democratic Party is “in a mutiny.” Smelling weakness, Watters believes they are lining up to push Biden out.

“Democrats in the media are shopping around for his replacement, foreign leaders are disrespecting him and even his own wife is talking about his presidency in the past tense,” Watters asserted.

Watters asked Conway if she thought the situation will “get any worse,” a question you should never, ever ask.

“Yes,” she quickly and firmly replied. “It will get worse. We are only one and a half years into this. Jill Biden is whining. Joe Biden isn’t winning, and what did we get for his latest trip abroad, Jesse? No oil, no American jobs based on the oil.”

“Now, look, the polls are a disaster for Biden. The media polls all the people who pushed him to be president. Their polls are really a disaster. But I think the real numbers that are hurting Joe Biden – $10 trillion lost in the stock market. The fact that about four million people have crossed the southern border illegally on his watch. The fact that we have fentanyl as the number one killer of 18 to 49-year-olds,” she added.

With Biden’s lengthy experience in the Senate and his eight years as vice president, Conway commented that he should have been the person most prepared for the presidency but that wasn’t the case.

The president has botched things so badly, according to Conway, that his own party can’t wait to get rid of him.

“Right now, Jesse, the White house functions like an assisted living facility,” she bluntly assessed. “It’s no longer funny and no longer fair to us in America. We deserve a president and commander-in-chief who has a command of the English language.”

Politics makes strange bedfellows and Newsom seems to agree with Conway but for entirely different reasons. He appears to be leading the charge for the Democrats to ditch Biden and prepare for war with the Republicans while he takes the throne.

He sat down with Fox 11 Los Angeles anchor Elex Michealson and called for Democrats to “organize with more ferocity of focus.”

“I think ways to advance the collective cause, and that’s where the party needs to come in. Democrats need the Democratic Party, not the president, not a speaker, not an elected officeholder. The party, the infrastructure, I think, has to organize with more ferocity of focus, more determination to set the agenda, set the course, and put the other party on the defense,” Newsom said, seemingly calling for a fight with conservatives.

“They are dominating the narrative,” the governor commented regarding the GOP.

“The facts aren’t on their side, but they’re dominating there. And in this world right now, you dominate the narrative, you win. And that’s what I’m worried about and that’s what I’m expressing,” he said in his leftist call to arms.

Newsom savaged and disparaged the Republican Party and its winning approach to politics.

“And right now we’re up against the ruthlessness of the Republican Party,” he contended.

“And I say that not naively. I don’t say that even blithely, but I’m not just taking a cheap shot,” Newsom claimed.

“You see what’s happening to all the progress we’ve made in the 21st century, all of the rights that we in many ways have taken for granted that have been afforded since the sixties are being rolled back in real-time,” he added.

“This is a totally different moment, and we have to wake up with a different mindset and not just an old mindset in terms of just a collaborative mindset, a cup of tea, and everyone’s going to work together to get along,” Newsom warned.
