Australian horse heiress, mom of two, charged after allegedly having sex with 14-yr-old 4 times in one day

Here’s one that should put a burr in your saddle.

Savannah Daisley is a well-known horse heiress, entrepreneur, and naturopath in the Land Down Under, but now she’ll be forever known for something quite different—having sex with a 14-year-old boy four times in one day. At least that’s what she’s alleged to have done, and although having sex four times in one day isn’t (yet) a crime, doing so with an underaged teen certainly is.

Daisley, 45, appeared in Waverley Local Court in Sydney on Tuesday to face these allegations, and was denied bail by Magistrate Jaqueline Milledge, who cited “quite disturbing” allegations. The attractive socialite is a mother of two, and is the daughter of Australian horse breeder Ross Daisley, who became internationally famous in 2003 after his thoroughbred racehorse Choisir won the Royal Ascot and Newmarket races in England.

Daisley has denied the allegations, and she intends to plead not guilty to the charges. According to the New York Post, Australian police allege that a rather uninhibited Daisley molested the 14-year-old “victim” four separate times before 5 PM on May 20 of last year. Left unsaid is at what point in the day the alleged abuse began, and it’s also unknown whether the two were acquainted before the alleged molestation.

Daisley’s defense lawyer, Pierre de Dassel, fought back against the accusations, arguing that they were made purely “in spite,” claiming reasonably that it was an “oath vs. oath” case—in other words, a “he said, she said” type of situation.

Prosecutor Daniel Richardson, according to reporting in the UK Mirror, begs to differ, and says there is incriminating evidence in the form of a phone call between the heiress and the alleged victim, in which Daisley apparently admits to kissing the minor.

The recording allegedly also indicates that Daisley, who seems to have had sobriety issues in the past, remembered very little of what happened due to being extremely inebriated—or “off one’s face” as the Aussies might say. Richardson claims he was informed of Daisley’s phone call by a police officer in possession of the recording.

“But she says, ‘I thought you were going to call the police on me, I thought we had placed this in a little box and thrown it deep into the sea,'” Richardson informed the court. “[The officer’s] instruction to me was the phone call was quite damning to her. The facts are that admissions were made that were captured on telephone intercept and it is a quite serious matter.”

The magistrate presiding over the case refused an offer by Daisley’s father to fork over $10,000 in bond money for the conditional release of his daughter, citing strict bail procedures for child sex offenses. So Daisley will continue behind bars until her next court appearance on August 23.

Daisley has made a name for herself—prior to this recent unfortunate lapse—as a trained naturopath, and she even founded her own business, Smart Cleanse, which offers a number of different 14-day detox procedures. According to a screenshot of Daisley’s since-deleted Instagram account, which was obtained by news.com.au, she claims that she’s been 223 days sober, and that she had “walked away from her partner of 8 years” eight months ago.

It looks like she won’t have any trouble maintaining her sobriety during her time in the clink.
