The Judge should have recused himself and some of the jury should not have been placed. One of the jurist is a friend of the judges daugther and is a rowing team mate for the same univeristy.
The questions i have did the Durham ask for a recusal or a change of venue?
I think Durham knew he had little chance with Sussman here but be got what he really wanted in info under oath on highier up crininals that can be used latter. He can still go back on Sussman on other issues if he wants to.
Of course what the trial also did was further bring to the public’s view the crooked state of DC and the Dems.
The difference in the way Sussman, a Dem, who actually lied about the subject at hand and Gen. Flynn, a Repub. who even the FBI said didn’t lie about the subject at hand were treated needs to be emphasised over and over.
It is very obvious that the rules for court room criminal trials in the Washington DC terrority must be changed. The notion of getting a trial by your “peers” is pure baffonery in Washington DC because the jury pool is so EXTREMELY biased in favor of the crooked and dishonest mindset of Washington DC. (the SWAMP) and in paticuliar the Democratic Party operatives (within the Swamp) which runs and controls the Swamp.
How can Congress change the ‘jury pool’ to select from for trials in DC which involve political operatives? Should the trials of political operatives be move out of DC?
It is a very corrupt system and must be changed. Congress, subpoena the attorneys for Sussman and make them produce the ‘Jury’ profiles and studies they conducted!
Congress, bring in the trial Judge in the Sussman trial and make him testify about the reasoning he used to allow very obviously biased jurors to sit on the jury panel.
Everyone of the so-called jurors in the Sussmann trail should be indicted for making false statements about neutrality. The judge falls into the same category and should, as a minimum, be taken off the bench!!
