New York gubernatorial candidate Andrew Giuliani caused a major meltdown on the left after making transgender comments during a speech to the Long Island Loud Majority on Sunday proclaiming that his 4-month-old daughter was born a woman and is going to remain one.
“I have changed the diapers,” Giuliani proclaimed according to the Daily Beast who was evidently horrified by his remarks. “I have looked under the hood. She’s a woman. I’m going to be the last guy in a long time that looks under the hood right there. But guess what? She was born a woman, and she’s going to stay a woman. It’s that simple.”
“[She] made a promise to me on the first day, right? My wife was sleeping, and I’m holding [my daughter] in my arms. And I get emotional thinking about it, but she made a promise with me. She shook my hand, and I said, ‘I’m the only boyfriend till you’re 25 years old. Shake hands.’ Shook my hand,” the candidate told those in attendance at the rally outside the Bellmore train station in Long Island.
The left descended like a wake of vultures dining on a carcass, criticizing the conservative politician for a rather innocuous comment that many agree with. They called him a pervert and a pedophile over the simple declaration that his daughter is female.

Saying that his daughter is a girl is “gross anti-trans”???
Yeah, I stand with @AndrewHGiuliani and BIOLOGY on this one. https://t.co/9aYoWSRDad

A spokesperson for Giuliani told The Daily Beast, “While Andrew does not claim to be a biologist, he can tell the difference between a male and a female.”
The statement evidently is in reference to Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson claiming she was “not a biologist” when asked during her confirmation hearing to define what a woman is.
“‘Boys have a penis and girls have a vagina.’ – Fictional Child from Kindergarten Cop. He must have become a biologist … or was he canceled?” Giuliani tweeted in response to one of the comments in the torrent of outrage on social media.

The leftist media was quick to point out that the Long Island Loud Majority is on the notoriously biased and inaccurate Southern Poverty Law Center’s extreme groups on the right list. The mention of the designation was a blatant attempt to smear the rally and those who attended it in New York.
The Daily Beast pointed out that the SPLC characterizes the group as an anti-government movement that is “part of the anti-democratic hard-right movement. They believe the federal government is tyrannical and they traffic in conspiracy theories about an illegitimate government of leftist elites seeking a ‘New World Order.’”
Giuliani is the son of former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani who was also an attorney for former President Donald Trump. He spoke at the event with his chief rival in the Republican race, Rep. Lee Zeldin, who refrained from making any incendiary comments.
“Big round of applause for our hosts: Long Island Loud Majority, always there fighting the good fight,” Zeldin proclaimed.
The Long Island Loud Majority (LILM) took part in a series of school board meetings where parents protested Critical Race Theory, mask mandates, and gender issues. The event also headlined the People’s Coalition for New York as well as Rudy Giuliani, who was there to endorse his son Andrew’s campaign.
The primary election is scheduled for June 28. Incumbent Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) is said to be leading in the polls currently. The general election will take place in November.
