President Joe Biden tweeted that he would be headed to Europe to discuss further aid to Ukraine and punishment for Russia, but it was the photo – not the message – that had people talking.
“I’m on my way to Europe to rally the international community in support of Ukraine and ensure Putin pays a severe economic cost for his war of choice,” the president’s account tweeted, accompanied by a photograph of Biden.

Critics argue that there is no way the photo was from Wednesday, arguing that it was overcast, rainy, and generally too miserable for that picture to have been taken.
