Kanye West uses Kamala Harris’ ‘We did it, Joe’ in performance

Rapper Kanye West raised eyebrows with what appeared to be a jab at the Biden administration in his latest live show.

During the “Donda Experience Performance,” an event marking the premiere of West’s new album, audio from Vice President Kamala Harris could be heard as a voiceover during one song.

“We did it, we did it, Joe,” was played Tuesday night in Miami, harkening back to a video Harris had posted of her call to newly-elected President Joe Biden in November 2020 after the pair had won the election.

West, who had been a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump, perhaps meant the use of Harris’ voice as a dig at the Democrat leaders for the abysmal failure of the first year of the Biden presidency.

The moment certainly caught attention as social media users reacted on Twitter. Occupy Democrats were not happy and called the rap superstar out as an “ignorant fool.”
