An FDA executive admitted to Project Veritas of a suppressed plan for an annual COVID-19 shot policy currently being withheld over concerns it would “rile everyone up.”
Christopher Cole is the focus of the Project Veritas exposé released Tuesday by founder and investigative journalist James O’Keefe. Cole is described as the Executive Officer of Countermeasures Initiative for the FDA with 20 years of experience and the conversations he had with Project Veritas occurred on multiple occasions between late January and early February.
O’Keefe introduced Cole as someone “who claims to be directly involved in the approval process of the various COVID vaccines.”
The conversations, O’Keefe prefaced, raise “some alarming concerns from the government’s desire to mandate a vaccine for everyone including young children, to the billions of dollars that exchange hands between our government and Big Pharma to railroad the approval process”

“So, you’ll have to get an annual shot,” Cole said of the COVID vaccine before admitting, “I mean, it hasn’t been formally announced yet ’cause they don’t want to rile everyone up.”
When asked if it was going to be announced, Cole replied flatly, “Yeah, yeah at some point.”
On another occasion, Cole laid out the manner in which he believed this policy will be forced upon the American public.
“I think what’s going to happen is it’s going to be a gradual thing. School’s going to mandate it,” he said. After that, he said it will become annual for everyone, “just like the flu shot” despite the fact that the flu shot is not mandated for everyone.
Cole also admitted to his own disagreement with the manner the FDA is using to approve vaccines for children aged six months to five years.
“Well, I mean, they don’t have all the, all the tests aren’t there,” he said. However, his apprehension appears to be more out of concern for public relations stating, “you can’t provide the parent as much ‘assurity’ as you normally want to.”
When asked if Cole felt there actually is an emergency for toddlers he hedged, pointing to the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) that allows Big Pharma to market the vaccine to everyone after going through the accelerated stages. “Well, they’re all approved under an emergency…they’re all being approved under that standard.”
What’s the difference between normal approval and emergency approval? Cole explained, “The efficacy data doesn’t have to be as high.” All that needs to be established, he noted, is that the vaccine “does more benefit than harm.”
Cole was then asked how he knew it was going to be approved for toddlers.
“Well,” he said matter-of-factly, “they’re not going to not approve it,” even though he conceded that the cases for their age designation aren’t even that high and admitted, “there’s always a chance of a long, long term effect. Especially with someone younger.”
He also said they pushed the promotion of the vaccine on pregnant women even though they hadn’t done anywhere near enough tests, citing a lack of available participants. Further, Cole agreed that the vaccines have not been as “effective as expected.”
Project Veritas stipulated near the end that FDA Press Officer Abby Capobianco has attempted to discredit the claims Cole made with this statement: “The person purportedly in the video does not work on vaccine matters and does not represent the views of the FDA.”
O’Keefe explained that the second part of this investigation will be focused on the massive profits that all parties involved stand to gain from mandates.
“The drug companies, the food companies, the vaccine companies, they pay us hundreds of millions of dollars a year to hire and keep the reviewers to approve their products,” Cole said. “If they [Big Pharma] can get every person required at [to get] an annual vaccine that is a recurring return of money going into their [Big Pharma] company.”
