Professional singer and songwriter Lizzo bared it all in a new clip released on social media that seems to tease a new song promoting self-love.

Born Melissa Viviane Jefferson, the singer captioned the video, “If you love me… you love all of me. You don’t get to pick and choose. We should be unconditionally loving of one another, starting with being unconditionally loving to ourselves. Take a moment today and think about the conditions we cling to. Free yourself in love. You deserve it.”

Watch Lizzo put it all out there – well, everything except for her clothes.

Despite her positive message, many of her viewers were quick to judge her for her weight, clearly missing her message entirely.

But others embraced her positivity and applauded her for her bravery for accepting herself as she is.

Lizzo feels “Good as Hell” about her body and is a vocal supporter of maintaining a positive body image, no matter your shape or size. Last month she posted a video of herself dancing in a bathroom to celebrate her recent weight gain.

“I gained weight,” the 33-year-old singer wrote. “I look TF GOODT.”

In 2020 Lizzo posted a video of herself working out and explained to her audience that she had worked out consistently for the last five years, but wasn’t necessarily working out to get lose weight or get skinny.

“Hey, so I’ve been working out consistently for the last five years, and it may come as a surprise to some of y’all, that I’m not working out to have your ideal body type,” Lizzo said. “I’m working out to have my ideal body type. And do you know what type that is? None of your f–king business. Because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job and I stay on my job. So next time you wanna come to somebody and judge them whether they drink kale smoothies or eat McDonald’s or work out, or not work out How about you look at your own f–king self. And worry about your own god d–m body because health is not just determined by what you look like on the outside. Health is also what happens on the inside.”

“And a lot of y’all need to do a f–king cleanse for your insides,” she concluded. “Namaste, have a great day.”
