In the upside-down world of liberal logic, there is gaslighting, there is fear porn, and then there is Malcolm Nance, who has elevated the art of projection to new and head-exploding heights.
The former United States Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer turned MSNBC shill went on SiriusXM’s “The Dean Obeidallah Show” Friday and claimed, if Republicans successfully regain their House and Senate majority in November, “the American experiment is over.”
And naturally, Nance is blaming Russia, because (obviously) Russian President Vladimir Putin is all about “giving the Republicans ammunition to topple the American government this November.”
“And I don’t say that lightly,” Nance assured Obeidallah.
It would be laughable, were he not clearly attempting to demonize half of all Americans.
Nance continued with his absurd assertations, claiming that if “the Republicans win power this November, that’s it; the American experiment is over. It is the basis for autocracy.”
Autocracy? Like, say, a president who issues 33 executive orders his first week in office?
No, Joe Biden isn’t the authoritarian. Of course not.
The Republicans are the real authoritarians, according to Nance, and if they get back in control, they would “make Trump Speaker of the House and use that as a springboard to make him president, and then there will never be another free or fair election in the United States.”
“Putin understands that,” Nance stated with certainty, implying this may be the real reason behind the Ukraine crisis. “By giving Biden this crisis, he gets the Republicans like Tucker Carlson, and all of these other people, who is acting as a propagandist for Putin,” he said.
No word on if he was wearing a tin foil cap when he said it.
It’s a stunning string of lies and unfounded theories from a man who once called then-President Trump a “Conspiracy Theorist President” and anyone who disagreed with his assessment, “crazies.”
Follow up. Seems I was featured on Breitbart yesterday when I called Trump a "Conspiracy Theorist President". Call for crazies to come out. https://t.co/M4AjxlGJk0

Apparently, hanging on to de-bunked allegations and making hyperbolic statements is Malcolm Nance’s schtick, which explains his position as an MSNBC consultant.
But as many are now acutely aware, Progressives have a penchant for accusing others of what they themselves are doing, which makes one wonder if Dems aren’t planning more shenanigans for the 2022 mid-term elections.
And whether or not Nance realizes it, running on a platform of “fear the other guy” doesn’t generally resonate well with voters who are grappling with soaring inflation, vaccine mandates, and soaring inflation.
“Orange Man Bad” doesn’t exactly address the issue of four-dollar-a-gallon gas.
But inciting fear is what Nance does best.
WARNING: Republicans are not joking this time about arresting and doing violence if they take power in November. YOU DEMS BETTER GET MOTIVATED! https://t.co/VRYTjf4u4T

Fortunately for America, not everyone is buying what Nance is so desperately trying to sell.
Nance being a dunce and of course, inciting. https://t.co/L3DX7xtktH

One Twitter user wondered if she hadn’t imagined Dems calling for Trump supporters to be “deprogrammed” or placed in re-education camps.
Maybe I imagined it but I could’ve sworn there were several blue-checks calling for similar things (trials, re-education camps, deprogramming, etc) for Trump supporters. I vaguely remember some compiling lists of people who should never work again. 🤔 https://t.co/1cT1DK748A

No, Republicans didn’t imagine those threats. They really happened.
But Malcolm Nance has been struggling with reality for awhile now.
In 2019, he believed it would be the Republicans who would purge Twitter of its political opponents as they readied themselves for an “armed civil war.”
WARNING: I have seen a number of Trump supporters openly talking about armed civil war & a cleansing of liberals on Twitter. Report these threats immediately. Bluster turns into violence. It’s not just talk, it’s contemplation. pic.twitter.com/tpz0cO7N9x

And less than a year later, Malcolm Nance himself called on Twitter to censor Candace Owens, proving yet again, if you want to know what Democrats are going to do, listen to what they’re blaming you for.
@TwitterSupport it’s time to start labeling @RealCandaceO Teeets as dangerous misinformation. https://t.co/p9cePzuRRt
