White House press secretary Jen Psaki capped off a rough week by appearing on “The View” where she was warmly greeted by the popular daytime talk show’s stable of liberal co-hosts as she attempted to put a positive spin on the wheels completely coming off of Joe Biden’s presidency.

Over the last several days, it has been one body blow after another for the reeling Biden whose four-alarm dumpster fire of a press conference did nothing to instill confidence that he was up for the job after he practically invited Russia to invade Ukraine and was humiliated when two moderate Senate Democrats sank his prized election “reform” legislation as well as efforts to eliminate the filibuster.

Psaki, who was sent into panicked damage control mode when she issued a statement that Biden really hadn’t rolled out the welcome mat for Russian President Vladimir Putin, discussed the way forward for the White House at the one-year mark of Biden’s already disastrous tenure in office as well as rumors that she could soon be moving on from her job behind the podium.

Viewers who may have expected straight talk and an unbiased interview had their hopes quickly dashed when Joy Behar fawningly introduced the snarky spinmeister as the “lovely and talented Jen Psaki,” a gushing start to the lovefest during which the co-hosts were all provided with an opportunity to give Psaki a virtual tongue bath.

During the nine-minute segment, Psaki sought to bolster morale while discussing the so-called “voting rights” bill that could be the Democrats’ last hope of avoiding the electoral wipeout that many are predicting as Americans get their first chance to weigh in on Biden and his reckless policies, at one point dispensing her advice to “everyone out there who’s frustrated, sad, angry, pissed off, feel those emotions, go to a kickboxing class, have a margarita…”

Psaki played to the show’s audience by draping the Dems’ bill to strip conservatives of the ability to run their own elections in the racial themes preferred by her boss whom she once again was forced to clean up for after his suggestion that the upcoming midterm elections would be illegitimate, a massive bit of hypocrisy considering the efforts to demonize former President Donald J. Trump who has insisted that 2020 wasn’t on the up and up.

Psaki also raised eyebrows when Behar brought up rumors that she could soon be departing the administration in order to spend more time with her family, slipping up and nearly saying what some “conspiracy theorists” have suggested, that the 79-year-old gaffe machine isn’t really running the show.

“I’m enjoying you so much today, I really am,” gushed Behar before she popped the question.

“A little bird told me that you said you might be retiring, resigning the job this year, say it isn’t so, is it true?”

Psaki responded, “You know, I don’t know when I’m leaving, this is an honor and a privilege and I love working for President Oba…President Biden,” catching herself after possibly letting the cat out of the bag by confirming the suspicions of those who are skeptical that Biden is the one calling the shots.

Twitter users reacted to Psaki’s stunning flub.

Psaki won’t be the only one eying the lifeboats as Biden’s regime goes down but her impeding departure will be the most crushing to Behar and her leftist cohorts on “The View.”
