President Joe Biden recently revealed that there is “no federal solution” for COVID-19 and that information has given birth to an absolute masterpiece meme that easily takes the 2021 Meme of the Year award.

Conservatives have been decrying federal intervention, and liberals have been whining about conservative governors being too lax with their rules, and as the bitter political war plays out the Biden administration has been in the background apparently doing nothing.

As he departed his beach house Biden dropped the bomb that the pandemic should be solved at the “state level.”
