‘Bless her heart’: Lara Trump rips crying Hillary who ‘clearly has never gotten over’ election loss

“Self-involved and a little bit deluded,” is how former President Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, described a video clip of Hillary Clinton sharing parts of her planned victory speech from the politician’s failed 2016 presidential campaign.

“Bless her heart,” Lara Trump said during a discussion with Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt. “She clearly has never gotten over this.”

Trump added that perhaps it was what happens “when you have people telling you that it’s your time, your turn to be president.”

“I don’t know why she’s doing this. Some people are suggesting its because perhaps the slate of candidates the Democrats have going into 2024 is so poor maybe Hillary’s waiting in the wings to get another shot,” she continued.

“If that’s the case, yes, we would like a redo of the 2016 election. Please let’s let that happen again,” Trump added with a smile.

The former secretary of state read the excerpts on NBC’s Today Show as part of an announcement that she will be teaching a class on “the power of resilience” for an online education platform called MasterClass. The entire speech was released Thursday on the streaming platform.

In one of her video classes, Clinton says she shared the speech to help her face her “most public defeats head-on,” referring to the 2016 election that she lost to Donald Trump by 74 electoral votes, despite winning the popular vote.

“I’ve never shared this with anybody. I’ve never read this out loud. But it helps to encapsulate who I am, what I believe in, and what my hopes were for the kind of country that I want for my grandchildren, and that I want for the world, that I believe in that is America at its best,” she said.

“To fight for my values, I’ve had to be resilient,” she tweeted Wednesday, including a short video promoting the class. “Now, I’m sharing my journey like never before on @MasterClass.”

Many of the responses to the reading have been derisive, however, with media training expert Beverly Hallberg responding on Twitter:  “She’ll be teaching you how to wipe an email server with a cloth.”

“Is this a master class on avoiding Wisconsin, peddling collusion hoaxes and paying Russians to meddle in our elections, deleting e-mails, or being a sore loser?” The Federalist’s Sean Davis queried.

“Will Hillary’s Masterclass include lessons on how to operate a secret server and how to use a charity to get special treatment from the government?” Steve Guest tweeted.

Others simply wondered what purpose she was served by reading a victory speech for a lost election.
