Jamie Lee Curtis says new Halloween movie foretelling of Jan. 6 rioters ‘coming to kill people’

Actress Jamie Lee Curtis, who starred in the original “Halloween” released in 1978, is claiming the latest iteration in the iconic 12-movie slasher franchise, “Halloween Kills,” was essentially a foretelling of the events that occurred on Jan. 6.

That’s correct, while answering a question about what keeps her up at night during an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actress is claiming the film’s co-writers somehow tapped into a crystal ball and wrote the script based on the left’s politically motivated interpretation of events on the fateful day of the U.S. Capitol protest, just as they did with the #MeToo movement as they wrote the 2018 “Halloween” script.

Keep in mind, the new film picked up where its 2018 predecessor left off and was primarily shot from September to November 2019 in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Curtis said the film is based on “a mob of angry people who don’t trust the government,” who are “coming to kill people,” which is either a prime example of how simple-minded some people are or a key indicator of just how effective the media’s power of persuasion really is.

“The thing that was interesting to me, and continues to be interesting to me, about David Gordon Green and Danny McBride is that they wrote a movie about female trauma before the #MeToo movement, where women were standing up and saying, ‘Me too, I suffered trauma at the hands of others, and I am not going to be quiet anymore,'” Curtis said, referencing 2018’s “Halloween.”

“So right in the middle of the #MeToo movement, we release the movie, about a woman who had been traumatized for 40 years and was taking her life back. Now, you might say, ‘Wow, weren’t they lucky that they made a movie that crested right when the female trauma conversation was happening globally?'” the actress continued. “Well, guess what? David Gordon Green and Danny McBride made a second [Halloween Kills] about rage, about a mob of angry people who don’t trust the government, who don’t trust the police, who don’t trust the authorities to get the job done. They’re going to do the job themselves.”

The actress proceeded to offer a fanciful rendition of events on Jan. 6 that have little to do with the truth or actual facts.

“And then look what happened on Jan. 6 in the United States of America,” Curtis said. “A mob descended on the Capitol, and were it not for those four brave officers as well as all of the other Capitol police, D.C. police, and civilians who stood up and held the line, [think about] the possibility of what that mob could have done to members of Congress. These people were coming to kill people.”

“That’s what the movie’s about. Now how the f**k did David Gordon Green and Danny McBride know that the follow-up to trauma was rage?” she continued. “So if you ask me what scares me, rage scares me. Unbridled, unrestrained, out-of-your mind rage, that yields mob mentality and mob rule. That scares me.”

What’s equally scary is that there are millions of people in this country who have no critical thinking skills whatsoever. People who are eager to be led by the nose by the political elite if what they are being told coincides with what they want to hear. Elitists who are getting fat off the deception.

Speaking of being scared, the official trailer of “Halloween Kills” can be seen below:
