Bret Baier claps back after Trump savages his Arizona election coverage

Fox News host Bret Baier responded live on-air to former President Trump’s accusation that he was guilty of “gross misinformation” concerning alleged Arizona election fraud and that he sided with the Maricopa County Election Board.

Baier was adamant that his reporting was correct, “The former president points to a third-party audit presented to the Arizona state Senate showing 168,000 ballots were printed on illegal paper. An elections official in Maricopa County says it uses paper approved by Dominion Voting Systems, which makes the tabulation equipment.” He later added, “Former President Trump says 74,000 mail-in ballots were received that never mailed. That claim appears to be based on data that does not show the total mail-in vote and does not reflect the total early vote either, something acknowledged by the third party audit itself.”

“The Trump claim that all access logs to the voting machines were wiped was debunked back in May by the Republican chairman of the county board of supervisors. Former President Trump claims the election server was hacked during the election. Maricopa County says its election server is not connected to the Internet and independent auditors found no evidence of a breach there. As we reported last week, there have been a total of 182 potential fraud cases referred to investigators in Arizona. Only four have led to charges.” Baier contended.

“We, here on Special Report, will continue to monitor the investigation,” he stated, “the action or lack of action by the Arizona state legislature, and we will continue to present the facts as they stand day-to-day.”

He also defended himself on Twitter when he was attacked regarding his reporting on voter fraud in Maricopa County, “I did not say that Susan. Please review the tape. I said the investigation continues and so far officially only roughly 200 ballots have been thrown out. I said what the county says and what critics are saying. Go watch again.”

“Fox News and other media outlets incorrectly side with the outdated and terrible Maricopa County Election Board to report no fraud found in the Presidential Election. They spew the gross misinformation purposefully put out by the country and the Associated Press and IGNORE the very important Arizona Senate’s hearing yesterday, which showed 168,000 fraudulent ballots printed on illegal paper (unofficial ballots), 74,000 mail-in ballots received that were never mailed (magically appearing ballots), 11,000 voters were added to the voter rolls after the election and still voted, all the access logs to the machines were wiped, and the election server was hacked during the election,” Trump emphatically declared.

“They sided with the County and not the brave Arizona Senate who is fighting for the people of Arizona. The same anchor at the desk the night Fox called Arizona for Joe Biden now wants you to believe there was no fraud. The anchor was Bret Baier,” the former president charged.

“Thankfully, Arizona has strong State Senators willing to fight for the truth. Senator Wendy Rogers says ‘I have heard enough. It’s time to decertify this election.’ Senator Kelly Townsend said the fraud was so bad ‘I want to see indictments.’ Senator Sonny Borelli says ‘I’ve seen enough evidence to challenge the validity of the certification of the Maricopa County Election results,'” he continued.

“Arizona shows Fraud and Voting Irregularities many times more than would be needed to change the outcome of the Election,” Trump added.

Senator Wendy Rogers (R-AZ) and former President Trump are on the same page concerning the Arizona election audit and fraud, “President Trump quoted me twice in his latest statements about the #AZAudit. That should show people that what I am saying is exactly what he is thinking. Election Integrity is the battle of the decade. Let’s get it done.”
