Christopher Rufo, the intrepid researcher who’s been documenting critical race theory’s radicalism and its effect on society, has obtained documents showing that even the nation’s largest defense contractor has been corrupted by CRT propaganda.
The documents show that multibillion-dollar defense contractor Lockheed Martin forced 13 senior employees, all of them white males, to undergo CRT indoctrination last year from a firm called White Men As Full Diversity Partners.
One set of documents reportedly states that white males must “work hard to understand” their “white privilege,” “male privilege” and “heterosexual privilege” because these so-called “privileges” give them special perks and benefits.
The documents also encourage white male readers to acknowledge and confront the “roots of white male culture,” which they define as “rugged individualism,” “a can-do attitude,” “hard work,” “operating from principles” and “striving towards success.”
These otherwise ubiquitous, longtime values are allegedly “devastating” to women and minorities, or so the documents reportedly claim.
The program was led by the consulting firm White Men As Full Diversity Partners, which specializes in helping white males “awaken together.” The participants included a former three-star general and the vice president of production for the $1.7 trillion F-35 fighter jet program. pic.twitter.com/x5YU2bBNbn

As part of their indoctrination, the 13 Lockheed Martin employees were forced to participate in a series of racially self-deprecating exercises, according to Rufo.
One exercise reportedly involved the men being forced to repeat and “internalize” statements essentially acknowledging how much they suck because of their race.
Below are a couple of examples of these statements:
- “My culture teaches me to minimize the perspectives and powers of people of other races.”
- “I can commit acts of terrorism, violence or crime and not have it attributed to my race.”
- “My earning potential is 15-33% higher than a woman’s.”
- “My reproductive organs are not seen as the property of other men, the government, and/or even strangers because of my gender.”
- “I am not asked to think about why I am straight.”
- “I can have friendships with or work around children without being accused of recruiting or molesting them.”
All of the required statements were either missing fundamental context or just outright wrong.
For instance, it’s not true that white men can commit acts of violence without their race being cited. It’s demonstrably false, as evidenced by the media coverage that erupts any time a white man or white men commit evil acts.
Also, the discrepancy between the so-called “earning potential” of men and women is arguably the result of personal decision-making. When differences in occupation, position, education, job tenure or hours worked per week are factored in, the discrepancy disappears.
Next, participants were asked to repeat and internalize 50 “white privilege statements,” including: “My culture teaches me to minimize the perspectives and powers of people of other races”; “I can commit acts of terrorism, violence or crime and not have it attributed to my race.” pic.twitter.com/uA8tZXajFi

The Lockheed Martin employees were reportedly also forced to read grievances from fictional minorities and women complaining about the state of their lives.
Below are a couple of examples of these statements:
- “I’m tired of being black.”
- “I’m tired of you making more money than me.”
- “I’m tired of people disparaging our campaigns [like Black Lives Matter].”
- “I’m tired of black boys/girls being murdered.”
- “I’m tired of people thinking they’re smarter and more qualified than me.”
All of the grievances were either petty (everybody’s jealous of somebody) or juvenile (everybody faces criticism). As for the grievance about murders, it was clearly meant to refer to fatal police shootings of black criminal suspects. But the reality is that far more black boys and girls are killed by black criminal suspects themselves.

Lockheed Martin’s embrace of “woke” CRT propaganda is particularly disturbing because the company has long had a cozy relationship with the federal government.
In 2020, the company received $74.9 billion in government contracts, making it the top recipient of such contracts, according to Forecast International Inc’s AeroWeb.
In a tweet posted Wednesday, Rufo described this indoctrination as “pure neoracism” and demanded the U.S. Senate “launch an immediate inquiry into the racist practices at” Lockheed Martin.
Look:
This is pure neoracism from a company that receives billions of taxpayer dollars every year.
I call on the United States Senate to launch an immediate inquiry into the racist practices at @LockheedMartin. We must shut this down before it endangers our national security.

The problem is that the Democrat Party, which is an avid fan of CRT propaganda, controls the White House, the House and the Senate. This means nothing is likely to be done legislatively — or at least on the national level — regarding CRT propaganda.
In fact, immediately after stepping into office in January, current President Joe Biden rolled back his Republican predecessor’s ban on CRT propaganda in the federal government. The good news is that anti-CRT activists like Rufo are fighting back the only way they know how — through the courts:
