Apparently, dreaming about hanging people in a noose is acceptable on the left if the person being hanged is President Donald Trump.
Volatile left-wing actor Alec Baldwin apparently decided to mark Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday by making a crude play on the civil rights icon’s famous “I had a dream” speech, tweeting about a “dream” he had where Trump was hung for sedition.
For extra cool points, the unhinged thespian added a pandemic angle, noting that the noose was made from “recycled Covid masks.”
“I had a dream Trump was on trial for sedition,” he said. “And outside the courthouse, a noose was hung from a makeshift scaffold. The noose was made of recycled Covid masks.”

It makes for an interesting dream, considering Baldwin’s recent claim to fame is portraying Trump on Saturday Night Live.
Consumed with hatred for Donald Trump, the actor has a long history of attacking him with violent rhetoric.
After the November election, he fantasized about burying Trump in a Nazi graveyard — the irony being that the maniac called the president a maniac.

The remarkable thing about the tweet advocating for the hanging of the President of the United States is that it has been up since late Friday — which means it must meet Twitter’s standard for acceptable content.
Never mind the social media giant used inciting violence as an excuse to permanently ban Trump.
This was fresh on the minds of social media users who reacted to the story — here’s a sampling of those responses from Twitter:

@AlecBaldwin the dream, part 2: and behold, a second noose appeared and a plaque above it read ” For Child Abusers and Degenerates.” The hangman never said a word, for I knew it was for me. https://t.co/zGNpXlePfz

Such loving comments from the loving tolerant left. So @Twitter this is allowed? BUT calling for people to protest peacefully and to respect the capital police gets them silenced and all tweets deleted? disgusting https://t.co/3szn5ItyTt

How has this insane man not been reported to the FBI and Secret Service??

How you say washed up? I’m sorry your jealousy of President Trump continues to make you sick. You’re a disgrace to your parents.

I had a dream Mr. Baldwin started taking his schizophrenia medication daily…

Listen, I am not an all a fan of Trump, but to wish someone dead, especially with that kind of hyperbole does not help. We all need to start setting a better example.
