Conservative radio and television host Mark Levin accused Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden of being an “ambulance chaser” for his take on the coronavirus vaccine.

The host of “The Mark Levin Show” called out “phony Joe Biden” in a Twitter thread Monday, targeting his remarks on the soon-to-be released vaccine from Pfizer and how his Monday morning quarterbacking contradicted his endless attacks on President Donald Trump’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Joe Biden is truly an ambulance chaser. He had nothing to do with the vaccine that is about to be made available to the public, he had nothing to do with the manufacturing process that is already underway,” Levin tweeted, referring to the announcement by the pharmaceutical giant on the vaccine breakthrough.

Levin added that the former vice president, who has been crowned the president-elect by the fawning liberal media, has “had nothing to do with the distribution process that is set in place, all of which were superbly instituted by President Trump and his team.”

The president emphasized Levin’s comments in a tweet declaring “Nothing!”

Pfizer raised eyebrows Monday on the timing of its announcement on the vaccine, which was developed with BioNTech SE, as the company touted the promising results which showed a 90 percent effective rate in preventing infections.

Just two days after Biden was crowned by the press as the winner of the 2020 presidential race, despite pending lawsuits and vote counting still in progress, the company shared the great news which had been expected for weeks. Trump had repeatedly promised a vaccine was coming and would be ready before Election Day.

He reminded in a tweet on Monday that a Biden administration would never have fast-tracked the development of the vaccine as he had done.

Trump celebrated “such great news” from Pfizer in a tweet Monday but he had already said back in September that there would be a vaccine “before the end of the year and maybe even before Nov. 1. I think we can probably have it sometime in October.”

Yet the vaccine announcement came after the election, and Biden wasted no time saying in a statement that he was informed of the development on Sunday evening and his transition team announced on Monday the formation of a COVID-19 “transition advisory board.”

“So, there he is, at a podium, reading from a teleprompter, telling us how he will follow the science, how he will distribute the vaccine, etc.,” Levin continued in his Twitter thread, “now that Pfizer announced today that its vaccine is ready to go very, very soon (obviously, Pfizer chose to hold back its announcement until after the election).”

“In fact, all the while, when Trump and his team were doing everything possible to get vaccines and therapeutics invented and distributed, Biden was attacking them every step of the way. But it’s just like the economy, which is springing back in a huge way,” the “Life, Liberty and Levin” host continued.

“Biden has trashed the unprecedented rebound, spewing the usual bromides about how only the rich benefit, etc.,” Levin wrote.. “Biden is not the president yet, if ever, depending how events unfold.”

“But regardless, this really takes a set of grapefruits for Biden to posture as he did today, and for the media to regurgitate it like Biden has somehow done something or accomplished something. Biden has been AWOL, utterly irrelevant,” Levin concluded. “And it is nauseating watching this choreographed fiction by the guy who hid in his basement throughout the virus.”

Amid the din of Biden supporters on Twitter applauding what the former vice president had nothing to do with, others called out the hypocrisy and echoed Levin’s criticism.
