President Donald Trump has called out the Joe-Biden-supporting widow of Apple founder Steve Jobs for in his view throwing away her inheritance on The Atlantic magazine, and he wants his followers to clue her in, too.
In reference to billionaire Laurene Powell Jobs, Trump wrote on Twitter that “Steve Jobs would not be happy that his wife is wasting money he left her on a failing Radical Left Magazine that is run by a con man [editor in chief Jeffrey Goldberg] and spews FAKE NEWS & HATE. Call her, write her, let her know how you feel!!!”
The president was directly responding to a tweet from Turning Point USA founder and president Charlie Kirk.
Mrs. Jobs, who owns a majority stake in the previously obscure liberal publication, wrote a huge check to the Biden campaign, Kirk noted, suggesting that the Democrats coordinated the planting of an anti-Trump article that created headlines in the media echo chamber.
On September 3, The Atlantic published under Goldberg’s byline an unsubstantiated, anonymously-sourced, and perhaps politically-motivated hit piece on Trump that he disrespects the Armed Services, especially heroes killed in action.
There is a lot of speculation that The Atlantic planned on releasing the story in the fall when it would have the most negative impact on Trump’s reelection chances, but that Joe Biden’s plunging poll numbers and Nancy Pelosi’s hair salon scandal forced the publication’s hand.
In addition to the president himself, ten or more witnesses, including bitter Trump foe John Bolton, have come forward to say that the allegations against Trump are nonsense.

Along with many moguls among the Silicon Valley contingent, Laurene Powell Jobs has reportedly ponied up as much as $620,000 (the legal campaign contribution maximum) for the so-called Biden Victory Fund.
In July 2017, Mrs. Jobs purchased a 70 percent stake in The Atlantic for approximately $100 million through her entity known as the Emerson Collective, Politico reported.
Described as a philanthropist, she invests in media companies as well as civic and charitable organizations. The expectation is that she will become the sole owner of The Atlantic in a few years.
Similar to Amazon’s Jeff Bezos buying the failing Washington Post, billionaires often acquire media properties as vanity projects, political instruments, or both.
Here’s what some Twitter users think about Mrs. Jobs’ largesse.
I just think its funny, but also morally tragic how these Dems “think” they can get away with this blatant propaganda;
but not realize how much they embolden “normal” people to actually move in the other direction.
We’ve watched this track record build/record itself over 4 yrs.

Steve Jobs was a genius. Apparently he didn’t marry a genius.

Crazy how all these rich people are giving to the Democrats. Who will turn around and take their businesses away, and tax them to death!

The Trump family got rich running their business.
The Biden family got rich ruining our government.

No, you moron. He is implying that the owner of the atlantic that did a smear piece on him, is an active Biden donor and colluded with the campaign to do a false hit job.
And people should call her out, unlike leftist politicians who openly incite for violence against Trump.

I don't see him saying to fire or censor her.
That's what the left does.
