While conventional wisdom has it that all mask “Karens” are women, sometimes they come in the male variety.
Take for instance the male Karen seen below knocking over a pizza display in a Canadian pizzeria after the unmasked man he’d been harassing — and who he’d laid his arms upon — kicked him away:

Where to even begin …
First, the bonafide #CovIdiot wasn’t even wearing his own mask correctly.
“One of the biggest mistakes people make is that they fidget with their masks, and pull them under their noses or completely off their faces to rest under their chins,” The New York Times noted in a report a couple of months ago.
Now take a close look at the guy’s mask:
He forgot to cover his own nose.
Second, the Karen was white, and the victim was black. Given how liberal Canada tends to be, shouldn’t the perp have been apologizing for his so-called “white privilege” and “white supremacy” versus, you know, hassling a black man?
Third, he started the incident, according to the Canadian news service Narcity.
“[T]he incident first started when the guy noticed another shopper without a mask. He reportedly pulled out his phone and started to record, only for the customer to pull up his hood and turn away,” the outlet reported.
“The man approached the shopper, who quickly pushed him back. The incident led to the man yelling that ‘he assaulted me,’ and toppling over the glass display case.”
The video seen above was reportedly recorded by a bystander who then shared it to the social media network Reddit. The incident happened at a Pizza Pizza franchise in Toronto.
In a statement, a spokesperson for the franchise said, “We prioritize protecting the health, safety and well-being of our teams and customers every day. There were no injuries during this incident and our team members are safe.”
What’s unclear is what happened to the nosy Karen.
What’s known without a shred of doubt is that a disturbing number of Americans and Canadians alike possess a propensity for transforming into “Karens,” which are, one might argue, modern-day monsters — real-life ones, that is.
Monsters like this, for instance:
This woman literally looks into these children’s eyes and says, “I hope you all die.”

And this:

Sadly, some “Karens” reside in America’s own Congress.
After a House Judiciary Committee hearing in mid-June, Rep. Madeleine Dean, a Democrat, reportedly harangued committee ranking member Jim Jordan, a Republican, for not wearing a mask.
The confrontation was described as “weird,” according to a witness who spoke with Breitbart.
It was also pure hypocrisy.
“Dean said nothing to the committee’s chairman — Jerry Nadler (D-NY), who was captured on video during that hearing not wearing a mask either. It is not clear for how long Nadler was not wearing a mask,” Breitbart reported.
“Yet, two weeks ago, Dean spoke at a Black Lives Matters rally in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, where people were crowded together, including many not wearing masks or having their masks on below their chins. She also had her own mask hanging below her chin when speaking during the rally.”
Look:
Thank you, @pottstownboro for yesterday’s powerful display of civic engagement. Thank you Troy Rivera, @EmanWilk, Johnny Corson, Pottstown NAACP, & the attendees for this beautiful patriotic action. During another hearing about a week later, another Democrat, Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, publicly lectured the congressman about his lack of a mask.
Listen:
Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell rips Jim Jordan for wearing no mask. “I find it incredibly disrespectful that you have been sitting here next to the chairman without wearing a mask. You’re putting other people’s lives and their families in danger.” (Nadler’s wife has cancer.) pic.twitter.com/XsnOkXDhNK

Jordan reportedly replied by reminding her of the REAL masking scandal.
“The unmasking this committee should be concerned about is the unmasking that took place at the end of the Obama administration,” he reportedly said.
But no, mask “Karens,” be they in the United States or Canada, would rather obsess over other people not wearing something that some allege doesn’t even work …
My mask protects you, yer mask protects me, her mask protects him and them, it’s like a hot mask key party!
Except if you’re Dutch, then nobody’s mask does anything. Because the Dutch are such rabid conservatives. Science! pic.twitter.com/Kt2PL6Ta4W
