A white Michigan couple were charged and arrested this week for the alleged crime of whipping out a gun and pointing it at a black family who’d harassed, demeaned and threatened them outside a Chipotle near Detroit, Michigan.
The altercation went viral across left-wing social media after the black family predictably posted video footage from the scene to social media.
The video showed a black woman later identified as Takelia Hill and her 15-year-old daughter harassing a pregnant white woman for allegedly bumping into the teen.
The pregnant white woman was later identified as Jillian Wuestenberg, 32.

Note how Wuestenberg tried to speak to them calmly and explain her side of the story, only to have Hill and her daughter call her “ignorant” and a “dumba– b—h.”
Wuestenberg eventually bypassed them, walked over to her car and took a seat in the passenger side as her husband, Eric, 42, held open the door.
That was when Hill, the alleged victim, threatened Wuestenberg’s husband, telling him, “You say something, I’ll beat your white a– too!”
So she’s not only loud and belligerent — she’s a racist too. Mother of the year material.
“Who the f–k do you think you guys are?” Eric replied without resorting to any racial attacks.
This triggered Hill’s daughter into calling the Wuestenbergs both “racist” and “ignorant,” despite her mother having just made a racial remark.
This prompted Wuestenberg to exclaim from her car, “You cannot just walk around calling white people racist!”
Ideally yes, but in fairness, 2020 is the year of liberal madness, so …
“I care about you, and I’m sorry if you’ve had an incident that has made someone make you feel like that,” she congenially added.
She then rolled up her window as her husband entered their car, and the two prepared to take off.
That’s when Hill, the alleged victim, walked behind the couple’s car, falsely accused the couple of trying to hit her with their car and then began bashing their car with her fist.
And again, she’s the one whom the authorities believe is the victim, and whom Black Lives Matter-type social media users are now celebrating as a hero:
You ever see a woman so fearless she brings a phone to a gun fight?#TakeliaHill pic.twitter.com/aOjcw9JcwI

This behavior freaked Wuestenberg out so much that she jumped out her vehicle with a weapon, cocked it and pointed it at Hill in abject fear and terror. And for this — for pointing a weapon at a woman who’d harassed her and then hit her car — she’s the one who went to jail. She and her husband, in fact.
“A day after the Wednesday evening confrontation, a husband and wife were charged with assault, and the man was fired from his Oakland University job,” The Detroit News reported Thursday.
“Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper charged Jillian Wuestenberg, 32, and Eric Wuestenberg, 42, each with one count of felonious assault, a four-year felony. The Clarkston couple each possessed one loaded firearm and CPL licenses, Sheriff Mike Bouchard said.”
Nowhere in the video did it show either of the two assaulting Hill or her daughter. The video did however show Hill and her daughter harassing the Wuestenbergs, blocking them from leaving and hitting their car. But apparently in “woke” America, that makes you the victim, not the perpetrator.
We have seen the video and we deem his behavior unacceptable. The employee has been notified that his employment has been terminated by the university.

Oakland University is facing backlash for its decision to fire Eric:
You “deem his behavior unacceptable”? He let his wife in the car and then backed up 5 feet. What behavior would have been better?? How could he have possibly avoided being fired here?
— Mitch Hollow (@mitchollow) July 2, 2020
Seriously? Shame in you. Fired when they tried everything to walk away. It’s ok for them to be harassed like that for an accidental bump? But it’s not ok to legally defend themselves when being threatened? You can hear the fear in the pregnant woman’s voice at the end.

Maybe I watched a different video… but what did the guy do wrong? Honest question.
— Kinvert (@Kinvert_Ed) July 3, 2020
Sad if OU legal council okay’d a Tweet about this. It’s not clear what started the argument but it does show the couple trying to leave and the other woman relentlessly pushing for a fight. Call out racism black or white.

What you are doing is wrong. Even if the wife was in the wrong her husband was clearly not and you are being vindictive against him for not caving to a mob just b/c they are black.
Shameful.

Sheriff Mike Bouchard is also facing backlash:
To: Mike Bouchard
What kind of ASSHOLE arrests a pregnant woman, aka Jillian Wuestenberg, who was trying to defend herself from two thugs threatening to assault her and her unborn baby? You and that disgusting prosecutor should be FIRED!
From: Torrey Cozort— Torrey Cozort (@tcozort) July 4, 2020
@MikeJBouchard you charging the couple for defending them selves is wring on many levels.
— shanna norton (@shanna3378) July 4, 2020
What you did Sheriff is down right wrong you and the prosecuting DA should step down. You cowered and bow down to a lie of a movement. What about arresting the instigator of the incident. You gonna arrest the couple then arrest them too. They had the right to defend themselves!
— Robert Yung (@RobertYung13) July 4, 2020
While this doesn’t guarantee the couple’s charges will be reversed, it always bodes well to have the public on your side.
