President Trump says goodbye to Mini Mike after he quits in shame – and he didn’t go easy on him

News that former 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg has suspended his campaign spread far and wide very quickly. It wasn’t long until the information reached President Donald Trump, who used it as yet another occasion to mock the billionaire.

“Mini Mike Bloomberg just ‘quit’ the race for President,” Trump tweeted Wednesday morning. “I could have told him long ago that he didn’t have what it takes, and he would have saved himself a billion dollars, the real cost. Now he will pour money into Sleepy Joe’s campaign, hoping to save face. It won’t work!”

He went on to note that Bloomberg will now be forced to let go of all of his consulting staff who Trump thinks got him into a mess.

“Mini Mike Bloomberg will now FIRE Tim O’Brien, and all of the fools and truly dumb people who got him into this MESS,” he mocked. “This has been the worst, and most embarrassing, experience of his life…and now on to Sleepy Joe!”

In a reference to Bloomberg’s bizarrely optimistic speech following an abysmal Super Tuesday showing, Trump blasted “Mini Mike” for entering the Democratic race “to defeat Donald Trump,” and failing “miserably.”

Despite receiving “less than 10 percent of the delegates available” according to BizPac Review, Bloomberg gave a speech that sounded oddly like something one might hear from a winner, such as the man who swept the night, Joe Biden.

“The polls are still open in a number of Super Tuesday states, and as the results come in, here’s what’s clear. No matter how many delegates we win tonight, we have done something no one thought was possible. In just three months, we’ve gone from 1% in the polls to being a contender for the Democratic nomination for president,” Bloomberg bragged, less than one day before ending his flailing campaign.

In fact, his night was so bad that even Brian Williams had a chance to dunk on him, saying: “We’ll go back and listen to Mike Bloomberg, who is, fair to say, not having the night he thought he paid for, not having the night he was hoping for.”
