It may be the least of her legal problems, but singer Katy Perry is still looking at a possible $150,000 price tag for a 2016 photograph of her mimicking Hillary Clinton for Halloween.
The entertainer is being sued for copyright infringement by the celebrity photo agency Backgrid USA over the Oct. 29, 2016, image.
The lawsuit claims that because Perry failed to license the photo owned by Backgrid before sharing it with her 80 million Instagram followers, she hurt “the existing and future market for the original Photograph,” which resulted in “substantial economic damage” to the agency, Billboard reported.

Perry was just dealt with a legal set back last month when a federal jury found that the 13-time Grammy-nominee and her collaborators copied one of her hit songs.
More from Fox News:
Katy Perry and her collaborators at her record label have to pay $2.78 million after a federal jury found the pop star copied one of her hit songs.
The jury previously found that Perry’s 2013 hit “Dark Horse,” which spent four weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 in early 2014 and was performed at the Super Bowl, copied a 2009 Christian rap song titled “Joyful Noise.”
And it remains to be seen if Perry will face further litigation after actor-model Josh Kloss accused the singer of exposing him at a roller skating rink in August.
Kloss starred in Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream” music video in 2010 and claimed that Perry’s representatives had prevented him from speaking about the incident.
“It was John[n]y Wujek’s birthday party at moonlight roller way,” Kloss explained in an Instagram post. “And when I saw her, we hugged and she was still my crush. But as I turned to introduce my friend, she pulled my Adidas sweats and underwear out as far as she could to show a couple of her guy friends and the crowd around us, my penis. Can you imagine how pathetic and embarrassed I felt?”
“I just say this now because our culture is set on proving men of power are perverse,” he added. “But females with power are just as disgusting.”
Perry, worth somewhere around $330 million, is currently celebrating her 35th birthday by taking an intimate river cruise in Egypt with 64 of her very closest friends.
That’s according to an Instagram post from jewelry designer Markus Molinari, one of the invited guests.
