Shortly before President Donald Trump’s rally on Thursday in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a far-left thug brazenly spit on the face of one of his supporters.
Just how bold was the repugnant act of disrespect? So much so that the unnamed left-wing radical spit on Trump supporter David Carlson’s face as Carlson was being interviewed on camera by Vice magazine.
But rather than attack the thug in retaliation, Carlson chose to just shrug off the disrespect and go on with his day as if nothing had even happened. That’s called maturity.
Watch:
“Oh, nice,” he responded non-nonchalantly after the thug spit hit on his face.
“I’m so sorry!” the interviewer, Vice D.C. correspondent Elizabeth Landers, said in shock. “Are you okay!?”
“I’m fine,” Carlson replied.
And that’s when things got even more interesting.
Some random man approached him to tell him, “Sir, I’m sorry that happened to you.”
It’s unclear whether the man was a Trump supporter or protester.
And then another man — a younger one who clearly dislikes the president — approached Carlson to give him his two cents.
“That’s not how people really feel. That’s f–king disrespectful,” the young man said before pivoting into a brief rant about Carlson’s “Make America Great Again” hat.
“But on the other hand, that s–t is disrespectful as f–k too, so there’s a difference,” he said without explaining what exactly about a hat promoting American greatness and prosperity is “disrespectful.”
The clip ended with Landers asking Carlson whether the spit surprised him.
“That did surprise me a little bit,” he replied.
Why only a little bit? Likely because this sort of animosity and disrespect from far-left radicals has become standard fare in America thanks to its sometimes tacit (other times blatant) normalization by both the Democrat Party and its allies in the partisan mainstream media.
There’s the time radical California Rep. Maxine Waters, who now serves as the chair of the House Financial Services Committee, encouraged her supporters to harass and intimidate Trump administration officials until they stepped down from their posts:

There’s the time a HuffPost writer whose author page is still active wrote a since-deleted piece saying Trump supporters deserve to die “more than he does.”
There’s the time a reporter with The Washington Post “accidentally” tweeted out the home address of Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke.
There’s the time Texas Rep. Joaquin Castro tried to name and shame people in his hometown who’ve donated to the president’s 2020 re-election campaign.
And then there’s what happened to the Covington kids, the left’s relentless attacks on black conservatives, the shutting down of some Trump supporters’ bank accounts, the endless smears, and the endless disrespect.
Given the cauldron of pure hatred that members of the left — both those in office and those in the media — have brewed, of course the spit was only “a little bit” surprising.
The same may be said of the other bad behavior observed before, during, and after the rally Thursday.
“Hundreds of protesters outside President Trump’s rally in Minneapolis Thursday night set fire to Make America Great Again hats and other memorabilia in an effort to show their defiance to the current administration before police broke up the crowd,” Fox News reported after the rally’s conclusion.
“There were reports that multiple protesters were arrested. One report indicated that protesters threw urine.”

Unhinged.
The brave members of law enforcement risk their lives EVERY DAY to protect the rights of these radical protestors. How are they thanked?
By being harassed and shouted at.

Anti Trump protestors in Minnesota stole about 40 hats off the heads of Trump supporters & then lit them on fire ? at the Trump Rally
They then left the ashes as a vigil against fascism, leaving a f*ck Trump sign on the top of the pile

As in Portland, San Jose, etc, what happened in Minneapolis last night shows how far-left rioters seek out & chase down outnumbered Trump supporters trying to leave.

All of this — including the spit suffered by Carlson — ought to be shocking front-page news, yet as of Saturday morning, it’d all been ignored by the usual media propagandists, including The Washington Post, The New York Times, and CNN.
Instead, the decidedly far-left networks were busy going scorched Earth on the president for having dared to criticize radical anti-Semitic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar.
