Chappelle turns tables on crowd who thinks he’s doing a whiny Trump impression: No, ‘that’s you!’

In comedian Dave Chappelle’s latest stand-up special, “Sticks & Stones,” he throws a fast one at his audience by performing an impression of someone who they falsely assume is President Donald Trump but who they soon come to find out is in reality THEM.

Uh, duh, hey, durr, if you do anything wrong in your life, duh, and I find out about it, I’m gonna try to take everything away from you and I don’t care when I find out. Could be today, tomorrow, 15, 20 years from now. If I find out, you’re f–king, duh, finished,” he says.

When the comedian then asks the audience “who’s that,” multiple members yell back “Trump.”

Fact-check: FALSE!

That’s you!” Chappelle explains.”That’s what the audience sounds like to me. That’s why I don’t be coming out doing comedy all the time, cause ya’ll n—az is the worst motherf–kers I’ve ever tried to entertain in my f–king life.”

Fast-forward to the 1:00 mark in the clip below to hear the impression (*Language warning):

As seen in the clip above, the first impression was of the Founding Fathers. As for the second impression, it was of the audience, in the sense that the audience is a microcosm of all of America. And it just so happens that all of America is teeming with what are known as social justice warriors.

Have you ever heard of the term grammar Nazi? Well, SJWs, as they’re called, are political correctness Nazis, so to speak, in that they have no tolerance for speech — including mere jokes — that’s politically incorrect and potentially offensive.

For instance, according to SJWs, the term “master bedroom” is racist, the term “illegal alien” is xenophobic and the terms “manhole” and “manpower” are sexist.

All this is relevant to Chappelle’s jokes because these same whiny SJWs who complain incessantly about allegedly offensive words have in recent times taken to also complaining about allegedly offensive comedy routines.

In fact, this year’s Oscars ceremony was held without an official host because of attacks on the originally scheduled host, comedian Kevin Hart, over his allegedly homophobic comedy material. And not surprisingly, Chappelle is now facing similar backlash for his latest comedy special:

Some members of the left-wing media have adopted the same attitude.

“You Can Definitely Skip Dave Chappelle’s New Netflix Special ‘Sticks & Stones,'” reads the headline at Vice, one of many mainstream media outlets that’re brimming with SJWs.

According to the piece, nearly every joke that the comedian uttered out of his mouth was offensive, from his jokes about Michael Jackson’s alleged molestation of children to his jokes about transgender people, Chinese people and, of course, SJWs.

“Chappelle … returned to his now-infamous obsession with making fun of trans people, saying, ‘[trans people] hate my f–king guts and I don’t blame them. […] I can’t stop writing jokes about these n–gas,” the report laments.

“This time, those jokes included asking the audience how funny it would be if he was actually a Chinese person stuck inside a Black man’s body, which (you guessed it) also included a racist impression of a Chinese person. He also found time to defend fellow controversial comedians Kevin Hart and Louis C.K., painting them as victims of an overzealous callout culture.”

The good news is that fewer and fewer Americans appear to care for such petulant whining anymore. Note for instance the ratio of the tweet by Vice seen below:

And then there are the scathing replies:

Even Chappelle’s audience laughed at the joking, despite it having been targeted at them. Why? Because they have something called a sense of humor. Back in the day, everybody had one. But these days, it seems to be in short supply.
