Kim Kardashian’s “serious complaint” to a fast food chain went viral as social media users wondered about her mystery issue.
The 38-year-old reality television star issued a call for someone from Jack in the Box to contact her, “Pronto!” but did not specify what the problem was – and didn’t actually tag the restaurant chain in her tweet on Monday.

“Hey, Jack In The Box I have a serious complaint but I won’t fully put you on blast, check your corporate email inbox or send me a DM with a direct person for my team to contact. Pronto!” Kardashian, who is married to singer Kanye West, tweeted.

Twitter erupted with reactions from fans desperate to know what Jack in the Box could have done to warrant a message from Kardashian, who has nearly 61 million Twitter followers, as well as some complaints that she was abusing her celebrity status.

Because letting millions of people know you have a “serious complaint” isn’t putting them on blast?

Abuse of power. Just take your wrong order and go.

Many assumed Kardashian’s beef with the fast food chain had to do with a wrong order and poked some fun as actress Alice Evans did.
Um, we’re only little people but we’ve had a number of close scrapes with various fast food outlets this last week. Wrong sauce packets, lost burgers, disappearing drinks you name it.
I hear you’re the best person to contact for this. Please let us know if you can help.
Best

Even Burger King and Wendy’s joined in with entertaining responses to the drama.

Kardashian clarified her message in a follow up tweet less than an hour later, saying it was “not about me or a wrong order.”
“Nobody recognized me and it’s something that I observed that affected other customers at this particular location that was concerning,” she tweeted.
I would like to add that this is not about me or a wrong order. Nobody recognized me and it’s something that I observed that affected other customers at this particular location that was concerning.

Although she had not tagged Jack in the Box, Kardashian’s message definitely got to the company as they tweeted back a response asking for a contact person since they were unable to reach her with a direct message.
“Hi Kim, we are unable to DM you. Please send us a DM with how we can get in touch with your team & someone will reach out immediately,” they tweeted.

The world may never know what the mystery issue was but apparently both Kardashian and Jack in the Box had positive feedback.
Thank you @JackBox for the quick response and handling the situation!

With what? A pithy comeback at a celeb’s successful resolution with a brand online in under 6 minutes?? What the heck do you want out of us?
They made it good. Good for them. She is happy. The merciless, frothy hordes of brand twitter are happy. Everyone is happy. pic.twitter.com/zonR9RW1tc

While there was a fair share of those who thought it was melodramatic, it seems many were just intrigued by the mystery of it all.

Maybe the clerk didn’t believe her when she said who she was. I mean who would think someone like her would go to jack in the box?
